This fish restaurant was pretty good! I can't say what was on the menu but they just kept bringing food out the whole night till the big entree. This place was fantastic in terms of the food, outside atmosphere and the view from being outside. read more

Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı İstanbul 1 numaralı Kültür Varlıklarını Koruma Bölge Müdürlüğü 2'inci Grup Tescilli Eser (Yapım Tarihi : 1909 - Restorasyon Tarihi : 2012) olan binasında hizmet vermeye devam etmektedir. Bölgemizdeki ISO 22000 Belgeli ilk ve tek restauran olan İskele Restaurant, aslına uygun olarak restorasyonunu bitirdiği tarihi binasında ismiyle özdeşleşen lezzetleri damaklarınıza sunmayı sürdürmektedir. Aile misafirlerimiz için özel olarak tasarlanan (Çocuk oyun alanları, bebek emzirme odası vb.) restaurantımızda sizlerin beğenisine sunduğumuz tüm ürünlerimiz LTS Gıda Laboratuarları tarafından düzenli olarak denetlenmektedir. Marka Tescili ve Ruhsat işlemlerinin eksiksiz tamamlandığı tarihi restaurantımızda çevreye zarar vermemek adına bitkisel atık yağlarımız, Çevre Bakanlığı'nın yetki vermiş olduğu Palmiye Biyoenerji San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. firması tarafından toplanmaktadır. Türk ve Yunan mutfağının eşsiz lezzet karmasını tabanığızla buluşturan şeflerimiz kendi branşlarında ulusal ve uluslararası ödüllerin sahibi olarak bünyemizdeki görevlerini gururla sürdürmektedirler.

History

Established in 1947.

İstanbul'a göç etmek zorunda bırakılan mübadillerin yoğun olarak yerleştiği bölgelerden biri de o zamanki adıyla "Kalikratya" yani "Güzelşehir"dir. Bugün Mimarsinan'ın büyük eserine ev sahipliği yapmasından dolayı Mimarsinan adıyla anılan bölgenin 1938 yılında büyük bir misafiri vardır. 1938 yılının Mart ayında İstanbul ziyaretlerini tamamlayan Büyük Önder, mübadillerin durumu merak ederek önce Karaağaç Köyü'ne daha sonra Mimarsinan'a ziyaretlerde bulunur. Mimarsinan'da yaptığı ziyaretten elimizde kalan üstteki resimde de görüldüğü gibi, Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK'ün kahvesini yudumladığı yer, şu an restaurantımızın bulunduğu binanın bahçesidir.
