Thick cut brioche toast, griddled until the edges go deep golden brown, stacked over a rich slow simmered bolognese with cheese pulling through every bite. Dusted with parmesan and fresh herbs, plated with cherry tomato skewers that added a nice little pop of acidity. Comfort food dressed up for a night out. Service was attentive and easy, drinks came quick, plates came hot, and nobody made us feel rushed even sitting through happy hour.
