Workers are alright but it's overall not very clean after a certain time and the machines are packed. People are very rude and I was getting cussed out for "taking too long" on a machine when it's the allotted time.

You see, I am disabled and I cannot physically carry anything over 10 lbs. Being told today is the last time I could take the carts across the packed parking lot was very disappointing, indeed. I asked for an accommodation and was told my disability didn't matter. I'm honestly quite shocked and speechless. I would have rated them higher but after today I'm not feeling warm and fuzzy about this laundromat.

so I went this morning asked the older Mexican lady for change she said to just pay on the machine…read moreI asked to use the restroom and she gave me the key fob a little later I ended up changing my sweatshirt because I had a fresh load of clean clothes but I was still in sweats and a sweatshirt i asked to use the restroom to change and she denied me access to the restroom saying the other girl had the key that she was just the cleaning lady and I asked her why was it a problem now when she lend me the key earlier she said she didn't recognize me and I changed in my truck while waiting for my other load to finish drying I noticed her giving the key to another guy and when I asked her she walked away from me I was polite the whole time then she accused me of being homeless after I just had spent $40on washing and drying my clothes and she seen me in my new truck in front of the shop i explained in English and Spanish to her that she was in the wrong for judging me to begin with and made a seen in front of other people and tried to make me look dumb I will never come back and recommend she gets talked to for her rude behavior.

Some people don't wear masks. Today a woman was coughing so badly several customers brought it to…read moreher attention and one even offered her a new mask. She refused to acknowledge us let alone accept the free mask. She just kept coughing. I will go elsewhere or only go here when there is an attendant on duty that will enforce COVID safely protocols. If I don't see an attendant, I won't come in. I'm not risking my health and the health of others because of an irresponsible anti masker. Either lessen your hours for when an attendant is there only or have someone there from open to close to enforce. At least until COVID is under control.
