Love this place but they will not fix their WiFi. How am I suppose to use the app on the machines to pay with the QR code??? Fix it!!!!!!

If you really need a laundromat and there is no other option- it is fine. I would say go earlier in the morning. After 10:30 am it's packed on a weekend. Workers are alright but it's overall not very clean after a certain time and the machines are packed. People are very rude and I was getting cussed out for "taking too long" on a machine when it's the allotted time. read more

Machines never work. There's always issues with the quarters. Drove to the bank to get cash. Then came back to see Change machines are out of order so I had to go elsewhere AGAIN. Tried using their Mobil pay method, the app took my money but the machine still didn't start. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. read more

A decent place to do laundry. It's been a long time that I went to a laundromat, over 20 years. Our dryer broke down so I had to make a quick pitstop to dry some clothes. The place was clean and everything seem to be working in proper order. maybe it's just me, about the prices of washing clothes and drying that have skyrocketed. Been coming here for some time and i have never had an issue before till 10/10/25. My clothes finished washing not even 2 minutes go by and I see the lady who works there tall curly hair in a bun taking my wet clothes out, she asked if that was our clothes I responded with yes please don't touch my clothes ( in Spanish ) I proceeded to grab my clothes and the woman asked if I had more I said no but to not touch other people's clothes (in Spanish) I heard them talking ill about me and I don't think they knew I speak and understand Spanish. I felt uncomfortable with her and the fact that a stranger touched my wet clothes. I understand that other people are wanting to wash but it wasnt like I left it there for an extended time. I knew my machine ended in 9 minutes and had a timer as many people who do use local laundromats do so. I hope this gets resolved for future cause no one should be touching your personal items. read more

I went to this laundromat near my house to wash the "big" stuff... sleeping bag, comforter, and my ski jacket. The place was busy in the middle of a Monday, but there were plenty of open washers and dryers, as well as an attendant who was cleaning lint filters and sweeping the floors. He only spoke Spanish so I guessed at his answer to my question, which was how to add an extra rinse to my wash cycle. I gathered that you have to add $.50 at the beginning and push the extra rinse button. I was in the middle of my load at that point so I was out of luck. Next time! For $15, I got my stuff washed and dried, and was out of there in just over an hour. I felt it was good value! There seem to be a lot of new washers and dryers, but some older model ones which probably are the ones other reviewers referred to. Funny point of interest: there is a pay phone in the restroom! read more

I give this 5 stars based on the incredible gentleman/attendant who quite literally cleans and polishes every square inch of the place he is amazing to watch. He was up on a ladder cleaning off walls yesterday he checks out and polishes every filter, every coin receptacle, every chair and tabletop...every surface....everything. He speaks mostly Spanish but he is genial and courteous to all. Machines have been updated, place recently painted, well maintained and everything super clean. read more

This is a basic, no-frills laundromat - nothing special. That's about it. As one of only two 'mats near my work, I don't have much in the way of options when I opt to do my laundry on my lunch break. A plus to this particular location is that it always appears clean. There is usually an attendant sweeping, vacuuming, or wiping down the surfaces. The bathroom (or rather, closet with a toilet) appears clean as well. The machines are very, very old. It appears that their smaller washers have been replaced, though the dryers are all ancient. The pricing is decent for the area. I have noticed that the washer pricing varies in $0.25 increments depending on the soil level selected when choosing your cycle. I'm removing two stars based off of the fact that the tumble dryers on the backmost wall have failed me now on two occasions. $0.25 for an 8 minute cycle isn't breaking my bank; however, I'm not all too fond of taking my clothes out of the dryers to realize that the heat never activated. Each time I informed the attendant, I was met with an "oh, okay" and nothing else. Again, I'm not going bankrupt over losing $1.50, but I think a common courtesy would be to credit me the amount lost. Oh well. Will I be back? Maybe, but only as a last resort. If so, I will be sure to place my hand on the tumble dryer to ensure it isn't cold to the touch. read more

Pretty dirty. Quite a few machines out of order. When a washer didn't work, my note was answered with a phone call saying my refund would be available. When I went to get it off of the "wall" in the office, it was pretty obvious that the worker had stolen it and any other refund on their wall. Very Old Town Goleta, unfortunately. read more

I've been a few times to this coin-op and it's always been very clean and free of debris. The owner/manager keeps the place tidy through out the day by wiping down the counters and machines, moping the floors, and even cleaning the bathroom. The prices are fair with a Triple Loader going for only $4.50 per load on average. These washers hold a LOT of clothes/laundry. They don't beat up your washings, and don't take too much time for the whole cycle to finish. The dryers are numerous and large and don't burn up the clothes. The only drawback is that the parking lot is small and can be difficult to maneuver around. read more

I've been here twice already and haven't had any problems with anything. Reasonably priced and they even have free wifi for you to use while you wait for your clothes. 18 quarters($4.50) for a very large washer and 11 quarters($2.75) for the smaller size. Dryers run on quarter increments and usually take about 3-4 to dry a big load. There is even friendly staff cleaning the place up through out the day. read more

This is a hole in the wall laundromat with no on site manager, so I'm surprised they even have business hours since no one is ever there! Very limited washing machines and dryers. Half the machines will eat your money or ruin you clothes! I tried calling their phone number during business hours and no one picked up, but there is also no answering machine. So you have a 50/50 chance that the machine will eat your money! Stay away! read more

I used this place while on vacation because the hotel didn't have laundry facilities. Back home I use a very large, clean, up to date laundromat with large washers, small washers, top loaders, front loaders...lots of options. This place was small, cramped, old, and did not have many options. There were no top load washers at all. They only had the heavy duty front load washers. So a tiny load cost just as much as a full load. Back home, it would be about 1.25 per load. Here, it is FIVE DOLLARS just to wash one load. I guess that's normal in California??? I thought it was outrageous. I had to put 20 quarters into the machine. No card swipes available or anything. I didn't want to sit on the chairs. The furniture was old, mismatched, and filthy. Made me appreciate my normal laundromat back home...Washland. read more

While on vacation this was the closest place I could find. And while it was Small, I didn't have to wait at all. Everyone was friendly and it seemed safe inside. Brought my 4 year old in and my only complaint is that was hot! However it was 100 degrees outside! read more

This place is kept really tidy. There is a friendly guy there that wipes the place down quite often. While the machines are not necessarily the newest, the place is a clean as can be! Dryers run on quarter by quarter basis, so no huge quarter commitment. read more

Well they have 5 single load washing machines, and only one works. They have 3 double load machines, and only 2 work, but if you want to spend $5 per load, they have 11 or more of the triple load machines. Great place to do laundry if you want to throw away your money. read more
