He really was very nice and really wanted to make things right so I will return and give them another try. I went to get a couple of pants to have the hem taken, I selected this place because of its high review, boy was I disappointed. I went in and was told it would take two weeks and if I was fine with that I could take a sit. I sat down said hello to who I presume is Huma and waited as she worked on a dress. This man walks in wanting his pants hemmed, she talks to him, he puts on the pants and she proceeds to mark the pants and tells them it will be done in a week. She then proceeded to continue to work on the dress and ignored me. I walked away.

When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.

They sent us an invoice for the dry cleaning. I had an issue with the charge for the seat covers they did for us, and emailed them. I didn't get a reply, so I emailed again... actually 2 more times. They finally replied and apologized to me for not responding. They said they are not "discount" and charge accordingly. I will not do business with a non-responsive or a business who doesn't value customer feedback. Sorry, this is just a personal choice, there are many other dry cleaners for me to try.

Prices are outrageous and the staff is terrible especially to non-Spanish-speaking locals. They charge anywhere between s$6 and $9 per piece. Last time they tried to upcharge me at pick up. I refused and began to film the interaction. At that point they said fine. Just take it. Not trustworthy at all.
