I dropped off some t-shirts and was told they'd be ready on Christmas by 2:00 PM, as they were closing at 5:00 PM that day and wouldn't reopen for several days due to the holidays. I agreed to the timing, but when my partner went to pick up the items, only four shirts were ready. They said they couldn't finish the rest. To make matters worse, he had gone the day before by mistake and was reassured that everything would definitely be ready on the promised day. They claimed they'd call me to explain, but I never received a message. If they couldn't meet the commitment, they should've been upfront about it or offered some sort of discount to address the situation. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing.
