Hello, I called this company for a golf cart fix, patric talked with me telling me i could bring…read moreit in, itold him it was anand older yamaha 2005 and i did not want flashy just running good for the farm.He called me back two days later telling me the controler was gone an needed to be rebuilt , i said okay how much he said around 950,i told him i would go with that, he started to name off new tires rims , and other stuff i said i am not driving on road its just for farm use, i waited 2 weeks then started calling , i am 72 year old woman i need cart to go to and fro becaue my legs dont work so well any more, i kept calling and no one would answer ,i finally went to thir site where they sell carts on face book and left message , patric finally got back with me, he told me my cart needs a motor , and old one coulnt be rebuilt, t ask how much now he said 1950. i thought well i need cart, he called back tqo days later ( i thought fast rebuilt ) he said they cant rebuild i need new motor i said now what , cost? he said it would be 2500. i told him he was price gouging me ,i told him i looked up the things and job it would take an cost of what i ask totaling 945, i said forget it dont do anything else , erthey didn;t even have controler in and already had motor in , i had to pay them close to 1200. 100 for labor, he tried to sell me a cart for 4000. i said i can by used cheaper then that, they might be able to sell golf carts new but thier service is a rip off, shame on them for trying to take advantage of a crippled old lady.

I paid in full for a brand-new golf cart on April 25, 2026, and was told delivery would take 5-7 business days. After that deadline passed, I received multiple explanations and changing stories about why my cart had not arrived. I later learned that the original cart intended for me had been sold to someone else. Over the following weeks, I was repeatedly given new delivery dates and told that a replacement was coming directly from the manufacturer. Instead, the cart that was eventually delivered had apparently been sitting for some time after another sale fell through. When the cart arrived, it was missing items, dirty, and had numerous defects. The delivery driver initially stated there were no keys, although they were later found in the glove compartment. There was no charger, no license plate bracket installation, and no explanation of the vehicle's features. The cart also had scratches, cracks, paint defects, rust, a warped roof, and a malfunctioning display screen. Despite documenting these issues immediately, service was delayed and many of the problems remained unresolved. After paying for a new golf cart and waiting over a month, I was told that my only option was to accept repairs rather than receive the new, fully functioning vehicle I purchased or a refund. The lack of communication, changing explanations, poor quality control, and unwillingness to stand behind the product have been extremely disappointing. If you are considering purchasing from this dealership, I strongly recommend doing extensive research and getting every promise in writing before committing.
