He spent hours talking to us about my husband's health background and symptoms, and, after careful evaluation and testing, identified that my husband had contracted multiple tickborne infections. He developed a thoughtful, holistic care plan that was tailored to my husband's individual needs and included input and supervision from multiple, interdisciplinary clinicians. We travelled to Albany for 6 weeks of 5-day/week treatment. It wasn't easy and it was expensive (health insurance covered very little). But was it worth it? Absolutely!
