I replied to "Frank, the impeller is here Frank. This should have been my first clue. It went down hill from there. i would not trust this guy with my gold fish. The oil change that he did was an unbelievable task that he struggled with. I payed him to change the impeller, when he opened it, he said and I quote "OMG dude, it looks new". This was a 5 year old impeller and he thinks it's new. Do you think he even checked the old one. Of course not, it's Frank. The next morning I took my boat in the water, it over heated. When I called Frank about it. He blamed it on me somehow. Stay away from this individual. He dummer than a second coat of paint I tell ya. what a character this person is.
