When reinstalling the lower unit, he didn't connect the cable for the gear shifting. I trailered my boat to Port Credit boat launch for our first boat ride of the season. When I launched the boat and was getting ready to leave, I went to put it into reverse, and the boat jumped forward, sending it toward the concrete ramp. It hit the ramp, and my daughter, who was on the bow, fell off the boat. Luckily, she wasn't seriously injured. I had to get someone else to check it. It turns out he didn't connect the gear shift cable. This ended up costing me over an extra thousand dollars. He won't return my calls. I've tried emailing, texting, and calling for weeks, and there has been no response. Please stay away from this shady crook who has no clue what he's doing. I replied to "Frank, the impeller is here Frank. This should have been my first clue. It went down hill from there. i would not trust this guy with my gold fish. The oil change that he did was an unbelievable task that he struggled with. I payed him to change the impeller, when he opened it, he said and I quote "OMG dude, it looks new". This was a 5 year old impeller and he thinks it's new. Do you think he even checked the old one. Of course not, it's Frank. The next morning I took my boat in the water, it over heated. When I called Frank about it. He blamed it on me somehow. Stay away from this individual. He dummer than a second coat of paint I tell ya. what a character this person is.
