I think they're one of the number one in the United States - as we've met several people there while we were waiting in the service from other state They have a campground affiliated with them that's right across the street and they let you stay there three nights complementary so you can get used to your motorhome or camper Once everything' was done with financing, we had hired an independent inspector, and there were a few things that they found wrong, and it was all repaired included in the purchase cost prior to us picking it up. I would like to add that this was a used vehicle so it was not brand new so it was nice that everything / all of the repairs were included. Upon staying at the RV site a couple of the items that they repaired wound up breaking down again, but we went over there and they pretty much stopped what they're doing and fix the problem for us We bought the extended warranty and plan on going back there every year to make sure we get necessary annual services completed. Everyone there was very polite and helpful. They give you a walk-through of your entire coach for about four hours before you leave to go to their campsite for three days. Jeff was our salesman and it was very nice to have a salesman follow up with you even after the sale to make sure there was no problems. Anytime we did have an issue Jeff addressed the problem that we had immediately and sent it to Service and it was refreshing having that after care from sales. Even the finance guy, Justin was super helpful. Honestly, everybody there was friendly and helpful and I can't recommend this place enough. Keep in mind, All RVs, whether it's New or used are going to have glitches. It's how they handle the glitches that matters in my opinion. It was refreshing that they took care of everything with no hesitation.

Again our sales guy has been just excellent. The deal we struck was also reasonable and competitive with other dealers (which I talked to). Service is phenomenal. All of our needs and concerns have always been address by our service guy Michael. He even follows up afterwards with an email to see how the repairs are and makes sure we are satisfied. I really will not go to any other dealer for sales or service even though there is a dealer near me I would much rather drive the 3 & 1/2 hours to get this kind of attention and service. Very few businesses are like this anymore. I can't say enough good things about our experience at NT.

I showed up unannounced and met John the owner, although I didn't know at the time he was the owner. I could see they were very busy (3 weeks out) but John took care of me and helped me get back on the road. It was a good thing this happened when it did because he checked the other 5 wheels/bearings and they were dry as well. He took care of replacing the hub and getting my trailer back up and running and I made it back home to Ohio with no problems! John and his team did an amazing job and I really appreciate him helping me out in a time of need. I was shocked when I got the bill as he was more than fair, I had to pay him extra just to feel better about him helping me out at a drop of a hat. He didn't take advantage of my situation but instead helped someone in a time of need. John I thank you and your staff for your honesty and generosity to get me back on the road so quickly. Then they refused to provide any findings report. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered until they finally sent a worthless invoice that basically said "nothing to see here." I used them once for a repair and it was fine, but their inspection service is a complete joke. Skip them entirely and find a proper RVIA-certified inspector who will actually do the job. This was money thrown away.

They called and said that they had the car inspected and that it was in great shape with no issues. Vehicle ended up never having the inspection done and was very unsafe to drive needing many front end suspension parts and engine leaking oil. After calling and asking for some help with this issue we were told that we were on our own and ended up spending $2000 on repairs before leaving town to drive back home. I would strongly recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere when looking for an automobile or an RV. We were completely lied to about having this inspection done and treated terribly after the problem was discovered.

Once approval to do the job was given, Jimmy ordered the part, for which I paid $660. and labor of $1,000. to install. Upon completion of the job, the problem still existed. Because the pump was not the problem, I requested that Jimmy give me the pump which he removed, instead he drove off with it. I called numerous times, only to be able to leave a message requesting he return the pump. It has been since May 5th and still not heard from him or seen the part. $1,660. later and not the issue. Obviously very disappointed in his service and attitude, and even more upset he does not return my calls or return my part as it is a perfectly good pump.
