After a full week of hearing the check is in the mail, and it clearly wasn't. I called and spoke with accounts payable today, they informed me the check was sent yesterday. This is totally unacceptable. At a closing you are paid the funds, you turn over ownership and receive a check. Our check probably would not have been expedited if we wern't on them to cut the check and send. I don't want this issue happening to anyone else.

Asked specs of MH beforehand and was given incorrect info( I.E. bed sizes for sheets, was told two queens), I knew better because I did my research. Mileage rate was quite high compared to other rentals. Almost $2000 in mileage fees for 6011 miles including 2100 free miles. RV was great the whole three weeks with no issues just wish we would have had the correct model for our trip. If they were closer, I would use again but I would ensure all aspects are verified first, like the $200 cleaning fee and RV model. Thank you kindly!

While traveling 1,200 miles from home, I was on the road with a failed Balmar alternator. Prior to departure, a Winnebago service dealer near my home confirmed the unit was inoperative. Winnebago authorized shipment of a Nations replacement to a service dealer near my travel route. I contacted La Mesa and spoke with Eric in the service department, and from that point forward the process was handled flawlessly. Eric scheduled my appointment quickly and coordinated logistics between Winnebago and La Mesa, keeping me informed every step of the way. Winnebago provided tracking information, and once the part arrived, the repair was completed successfully by an Ekko technician experienced with this replacement. The entire service was finished in about four hours. Eric was accessible by phone and email throughout the process.
