Pain wasn't a major issue but it was certainly uncomfortable and eating was problematic. After calling a couple of places that couldn't see me for days/weeks, I got an appt w/Dr. Raab for the following morning. I knew the molar needed to be pulled but was more than a little nervous about being able to get an appt so quickly. All fears were unfounded, Dr. Raab was calming and professional, the tooth was pulled quickly and without pain (I'm a self-admitted wuss when it comes to dental stuff) - I didn't even feel the anesthetic injection. Since the procedure, I've had neither pain nor swelling and the site quickly stopped bleeding. Later in the day, I received a follow up call from Diane to ask how I was doing and to emphasize the correct follow-up care. If I lived locally, I would continue to come here for all my dental needs. A few days later, I called again to reschedule my appointment, and the same person was visibly upset because I needed to reschedule. Once again, he was very impatient. When I arrived at the office, the dentist did not introduce himself, and the procedure felt rushed. They did not offer sedation and only provided local anesthesia. When the procedure was finished, they hurried me to get up, and instead of verbally explaining aftercare instructions, they simply handed me a sheet of paper. The instructions were incomplete, and I still had several unanswered questions after reading them. I had complications after the surgery but I went to another dentist because I was not willing to go through all of that again. Overall, the experience was not terrible, but there are definitely better dental offices to go to.

My dentist had given me a list of oral surgeons. I chose this one because it was the closest to me. I was very confused because this place is listed under many names, same address. When I called, the name that came up was 'Shore Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery' at 17 White Horse Pike, Suite 8 in Haddon Heights. When I searched for it online, there were several different names under that exact address. Anyway, I also had to reschedule my appointment (twice) and actually had no problem at all. When I finally got to the appointment, I found the office very clean and the receptionist was friendly. I didn't wait too before going back, and the dental assistant who took me back was very friendly. The surgeon came in and was nice, just a low talker, so I didn't quite catch his name lol. He did another xray. Then he hit me with what felt like 50 needles to numb me. That was the worst of it all. He finished pulling them in no time. The assistant came back in with my gauze and instructions. She even told me that it's a good idea to show the dentist a picture of my natural teeth. I'm reading these reviews and would never have gone there if I'd read them prior to my procedure. I've had better oral surgeons, but since this was a very cut and dry procedure, it went well.

I did my surgery at the hospital and was cared for very well. The next day I was able to go out and did not even have to take the prescribed painkillers! Only took Advil! So friendly and helpful, every single person. And Dr. Lambert was exceptionally good. He started by talking me through everything as he went, and was very reassuring. That was so helpful! He had a very good chair-side manner. I'm very grateful to have been referred to him. I highly recommend Dr Lambert if you're in need of an Endodontist!

When you go to any dentist/specialist, you'll have to pay at least $200.00. Nothing is free. His fees for root canals are the same as everyone else. His office is very clean. He made sure that I was comfortable at all times. I have no tooth pain after, which is great! He kept taking X-rays to make sure my teeth were well done. It didn't cost extra for that. I have nothing bad to say about my experience yesterday. I'd recommend them especially for people who are afraid of the dentist. He was more gentle and kind than the other dr. that did a root canal 2 months ago. They got me in the next day. No one else seemed to care. They did. He also gave me a call personally to see how I was feeling. Thank you guys!!

Spoke on phone with office to confirm my Blue Cross insurance was accepted there for my procedure…read more They advised yes it was. I filled out pages of pre visit information which included my insurance policy information. Made earliest appointment which was weeks. I arrive for appointment and wait 1/2 hour only to be told my insurance is not accepted and it's 100% out of pocket!!! What a total waste of my time! Rude people at desk. Could not be more aggravated and insulted!
