The customer service is always 10/10 and the prices are extremely reasonable for the portions and quality. The brisket was probably some of the best if not the best I've ever had. When I talk specifically about consistency, the food is sometimes heavily salted to the point of no return. Seasoned food and salty food- two different things. This batch of sides were too salty and not appetizing. The ribs were bland so it was hard to accept that the same person was seasoning the food. This family meal cost around $60 and we didn't want to leave the house again to get it corrected. I've had food here several times and it was great. It just didn't hit the mark this time.
