Dr. Hahn was about 20 minutes late for my appointment but apologized the minute she walked in. She was very helpful in understanding my foot/knee pain problems and offered to make custom orthotics for my feet. The reception was also very helpful in finding a way to reduce costs so I didn't have to pay as much out of my pocket (majority was covered by benefits). I would definitely recommend Dr. Hahn if you're having problems with your feet.

I phoned every podiatrist in the tri cities neighborhood When I phoned toe to toe this lady answered and I explained the problem and she said she would come out in the afternoon. The second appointment he told me I did need to take my shoes and socks off. It was as though he already knew I needed 700.00+ orthotics. In the meantime I had an appointment with a real doctor and mentioned my foot pain. He asked me to remove my sock and shoe. He looked at my foot and told me I had a planters wart and that's what was causing my pain. He treated it and in a day or two it was like I had a new foot. The analysis was somewhat cursory and no diagnosis was given. Rather he just gave a sales pitch for another pair of orthotics. The office staff was friendly and helpful. If orthotics is your only goal I would recommend him. If extensive analysis and diagnosis of a foot problem is your goal, I would seek another podiatrist.

The PROBLEM I have is I was charged $70 to literally JUST walk in the door As I leave I am told I owe $70 to a complete and total surprise to me I asked what for because I literally had had nothing done. This is his follow up appointment fee. I was not told of this fee prior to my appointment so disgusted I cancelled my surgery dates right there. I was not told of this fee of $70 to walk into the office. Not impressed I feel completely scammed I would not have gone for the follow up and would've just picked surgery dates. Completely put off and will not recommend this office to anyone. So to the Dr/owner of this office I will not be booking this surgery with you and I will be going elsewhere. Your hidden follow up fee should apply to people having continued treatments done not for people coming in to speak to you for 5 mins regarding a potential costly surgical procedure.
