Fortunately, I saw that they had converted the old waiting room into a dining room. It was very basic, but clean. We ordered from a nice young lady. I got the Tallerin Saltado Al Carne, and hubby got the Pollo Broaster. We also tried a Inca Kola. My Tallerin was excellent--the noodles were perfectly cooked and I loved the seasoning on the beef. It was a HUGE portion, so I had enough for lunch tomorrow. The Pollo, sadly, did not fare as well. Peruvian chicken is usually excellent, and I encouraged him to try it. My hubby liked the crispiness of the chicken but was disappointed that there was no white meat--it was the back, leg, and thigh only, and not much of that. He enjoyed the fries, though. We both thought the Kola was cool---kind of a creme soda taste. We will likely come again and try some other dishes (but I could wind up getting the Tallerin again!) The reason for 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 was the wonky food truck/dining room setup and the disappointment on the chicken. These folks have the right idea, and if they can improve the chicken and the ambiance factor, they could do well.
