I am a regular customer to this store and I love the service and the cute girls that work there. They are attentive and are willing to help you with any sizing questions/ advice. The clothes are comfortable and affordable! I have been buying clothes for my little girls and my myself since the store opened. Their summer hours are amazing. a lot of stuff is plain and simple. also me and my friend went in there and a security guard was following our every step. service is also off, didn't get a "hey guys how are you" or a "bye guys have a great day" like I know other boutiques in LBI do. overall I think there is many other boutiques in LBI that have either just opened that are better. read more

I purchased a shirt while on vacation and it fell apart the first time I washed it. I called the store and explained I lived out of state. don't be fooled by the cute clothes. cheap quality for high prices. but beyond that.., the customer service is horrific. i was treated like a peasant when asking the sales girl (who i actually think was a manager) to pull bracelets from a display case. she was very rude and did not seem to care that i was spending close to $200. her attitude all together was enough to make me return the jewelry the next day. so i just ordered online. alex and ani, who frame their business around positivity, would be ashamed and embarrassed by this woman's service and behavior. nothing special to see at this place... read more

While the clothes appear cute on the hanger, you definitely get what you paid for in terms of quality and service. Clothes feel (and are) cheap. There is a complete lack of service at the register. However, the store is generally quite clean. The clothing selection is definitely targeted for the teenage girl demographic looking for a step up from Forever 21. read more

I had to drop a star because when I was shopping this past Sunday, all the employees (there are always SO many on the floor) were so busy re-folding and stocking that I could barely shop! Someone should remind them that although re-folding and restocking are important, they should merely step aside for a brief moment when a customer would like to look at the table or rack they are at. It was supremely frustrating, both inside and outside at the sidewalk sale racks. Otherwise, I was fairly pleased with the selection, but the Americana themed table left a bit to be desired. read more

This store may have adorable clothing; trust me I am always drawn in by their cool stuff. However it is over priced and absolutely terrible quality. I have had more than one item break from there, including a $50 romper that broke within 45 minutes of me wearing it at dinner. When I then spoke with the manager about this issue, she was one of the rudest people I've ever spoken too. She did not care about my issue at all, and blamed me for the problem. She told me the clothes were "delicate" and basically told me it was my fault. I don't understand why a store would knowingly sell clothes that typically break. This women actually told me I should take the item to a seamstress to get it fixed, because she concluded it wasn't her problem. She had no concern for any sense of customer service, and spoke to me as if I were beneath her. This store chooses to sell items from clothing companies that are terrible quality. I will never shop at this store again, because I'm not going to waste money on poorly made clothing, only to have to deal with awful customer service. read more

I am totally appalled by the lack of service at the register. The management is absolutely horrible. Although the clothes are decent, I do not find it appealing to shop in a place where I can hear the check out people talking about me and other customers. I found the staff rude and unhelpful.
