Just wanted to leave a review for all the southerners that "have" to deal with this place because it is convenient for us. Some may disagree do to the fact you may know these people. But I was in the freeland office trying to get a vehicle put into my name and the woman that was "helping" me, couldn't seem to find a vehicle price comparison for my vehicle, that I NEEDED in order to get my vehicle put in my name. When I told the women, she could very easily google the price if she was having trouble finding it. She then tried to hand me more paper work to take home to have someone else fill out to release the vehicle to me. NOTE: I had signed title and registration with the price of sale on it. After I told the woman I was confused as to why I had to fill out more paperwork instead of just googling the price. She then told me that I could go home, look up the price( on Google) and print out the page with the price on it. Instead of making the dedication for the customer in trying to get something done she decided to send me home to do it myself. After calling a asking to speak to a manager, I told him the situation. And he proceeded to tell me that it was not her job to Google something for me and that she handled everything correctly. Unless you want to deal with incompetent people, I highly recommend you go anywhere else. read more
