We have used them for 10 trips from cruising in the Northwest, a train in the Canadian Rockies, river and ocean cruises in Europe, Panama Canal cruise and a Disney cruise to Alaska. We just got back from our latest trip, a 50th anniversary celebration at Tanque Verde Ranch in Arizona with our children and grandchildren. It was perfect! Plenty to do for all ages, spectacular desert scenery and plentiful, excellent food. We already have 2 more trips that Cindy is helping us plan. Can't wait for our next adventure!

The follow-up from this agency was terrible; I had to call and email repeatedly to get a response to simple questions. They were reluctant to offer any kind of group discount, although I found out later that the cruise line does offer this. They wanted final payment 120 days in advance versus the 90 day requirement of the cruise line. They tried to overcharge us on the early arrival fee. I asked the agent about booking a train to meet the cruise and was told to do it myself on the Amtrak website! Cruise paperwork and information that was supposed to be delivered to all travelers 60 days in advance was received about 10 days prior to departure, except for one couple who never did receive a complete package. The cruise was great, by the way. This agency is terrible - don't use them.

As a parent, it's a little scary to send your child off on a trip across the country. Even though I was actually present on these trips, it's still a strain because you're so far away from everything that's familiar, and the uncertainties of travel can bring their own level of stress. ETS makes all of this a non-issue. First of all, their attention to detail and concern for making sure that what our kids are going to be doing are fulfilling and engaging means that the trip is going to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience of growth and learning. Also, the concern for student safety that is expressed through their policies and practices goes a long ways towards calming any parental fears. As I've often told parents of student travelers, we have good kids, but we all were also fourteen once, and the idea of getting into shenanigans while 3,000 miles away from parental supervision can overcome even the best kid. So, to that end, ETS has policies like having on-site security at every hotel to make sure students cannot leave their rooms after bed checks. I've heard numerous nightmare stories about what happens on some student travel trips after lights out, but that has never been a concern on an ETS trip. Also, we stay in quality accommodations - Courtyard by Marriot is a typical hotel, and care is taken to make sure that rooms do not connect and that there is no balcony access, again for student safety. But probably the most important aspect of working with ETS is the personal touch. When I call the office, I know the names of everyone there, and they know who I am, and the details of my school and my students. I'm treated like a member of the family at ETS, because when you become a client of theirs that's what the experience is like. I plan to teach at least eight more years, and an ETS trip is the cornerstone of every one of those years, as it has been for the past twenty.

He was patient with us as we had to delay our honeymoon for a year due to COVID and worked with us as we internally debated to delay again due to the delta variant. Mango was willing to work with us and our budget. Overall they seemed flexible in the type of trip you are looking for (high luxury or more budget) Overall, the honeymoon was a 12 our of 10! The lodges in Tanzania and the resort in Zanzibar exceeded our expectations. The service in Tanzania, the folks we worked with on the ground were all incredible. I'd highly recommend using Mango and going to Tanzania in general. It's an unbelievable country and we'd definitely go back! For our next safari, whenever that may be, I would definitely use Mango again!
