We needed an FBI background check with Apostille. We were charged about $300 each. We did get the background check and we did get that back fairly quickly. Our apostille however, ... we were told it would take 2 months - but that turned out to be a guess and in the end it was going to arrive too late to be of use to us. So, they then told us that we could pay an extra $200 each and get it expedited. However, they couldn't guarantee that it would arrive any faster. We went with another service who would have done it ALL for half the price and had a 10 day guarantee. Don't get rolled by PDX Fingerprinting. read more

The first time I got them done for a license for work they did it wrong and they were sent back because they used my e signature vs a wet one. So I went back and got my fingerprints done again, but it took over an hour for them to get it done. The woman who was doing them kept mentioning that my hands were not "cooperating " and she could not get a clean print. She redid them about four times and wouldn't send them off for me even though they did the first time. Those were rejected so now I have to pay $90 to get the done AGAIN somewhere else. I was in need of some fingerprints to send to another state board for licensing purposes for my job. I chose this place out of convenience as it was close to where I work. When I arrived for my appointment time, I checked in with the front desk and waited 20 minutes past my scheduled time. No one showed up. I had something else to get to, so I left and rescheduled for the next day. I got my fingerprints done, but it took over an hour for them to get it done. I have had fingerprints done twice before for my line of work and it has never been this difficult. The woman who was doing them kept mentioning that my hands were not "cooperating " and she could not get a clean print. She redid them about four times. I sent them off and they were rejected by the DOJ due to "very poor quality." I now need to go pay someplace else to have them redone. Do not recommend coming here for a European passport photo. She gave me one shot, didn't show it to me first, and it's terrible.
