Whenever I find myself plateauing I bring it up and they give me great recommendations on what I should do. They never try to sell you the most expensive bottle of tanning lotion or any of the after lotions which is so comforting to someone who just started to tan. If you're unsure on which lotion to buy then simply tell them what you want your desired results to be and they'll find a lotion that will work best for you! I arrived on time and was told she would be here any minute. A few minutes later the guy working the front told me to use the tanning bed to "open my pores", I am thinking this must be to kill time since she is running late. I am staring at him cause he says lay down for 13 minutes. I am new to tanning and ask "Fully Clothed" and he says" no you can take your clothes off and lay in there". So I do in panties and bra and I don't think 13 minutes will be a lot but half way through the session I pull my bra straps down just in case. I am done get up and low and behold I have tan lines from the eye protectant and the bra straps. CRAP!!! Wish I would of been warned. I get dressed and he sends me to the room where they spray. I am wearing jeans and a t shirt, not knowing I should be wearing loose fitting clothes. She comes in and asks if my pants are tight and I say no, and that next time I should wear sweats (there won't be a next time) and information on what to wear after the session would of been nice. The spray tanning itself took no time at all and the drying part was 15-20 minutes. The color looks great, tan lines not so much I am hoping it fades by Friday. I go up front to pay and the spray tan was $20 that was the special, and then she charges me $7.99 for laying in the bed for 13 minutes. Yet she was 25 minutes late and I was not told I would be charged for that if not I would not have laid int he tanning bed. So instead of spending $20 it was $27.99, that's what they charge for like a month of tanning. Lesson learned. Never again. I'll stick to the sun in moderation, at least it's free.

Its kind of hidden, but hopefully people will search tanning salons and find this.. after they've gotten frustrated with being ripped off at the other two. When I walked in I was asked if I needed to use the restroom and then someone had walked into the restroom so I was told to sit down in the front. In the package it says to arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy mimosas and sweet treats. I did not get taken back to the relaxation room until I stood up and said something. They were too busy chit chatting than worrying about their customer. Finally I was taken back to the relaxation room about 10 minutes before my massage. When I walked in I was shocked they had camper chair for us to sit in, in a so called "relaxation" room. I literally had to chug down my drink and sweet treats before my massage. Finally the massage. ABSOLUTE worst massage I've ever received. The lady spent more time putting the mint oil infront of my nose than actually massage my neck and shoulders, which was literally suffocating. I was also told that hot stone would be included. I had maybe 5 minutes of hot stone on my back and then another 5 minutes of her massaging my back. I'm carrying around a newborn and toddler all day so that was extremely upsetting. My husband booked this massage as a postpartum gift since I just went through an emergency c section and he just wanted me to have a day of relaxation. I left there extremely upset and frustrated instead of feeling good. I ended up leaving a review that night which I've never left a review in my life. And then they replied and was told in the reply if I was open to it they'd like to discuss this further. I called the spa 3 times and the first time I called I was told I would probably just get a refund and that I would be getting a call back. Every other time I called I was given the runaround and told I would be getting a call back. Finally this morning I called and spoke with the owner. The owner was not nice at all and told me because I left a review she will not be giving me any type of compensation. She literally said that because I left a review for the public to see she will not be helping me. I didn't know that I wasn't entitled to leave a review of my experience and because I did I will not be helped. Absolute insanity. Worst customer service and WORST "spa" I've ever been to.
