We were very happy with the price, expedience, and attention to quality as demanded by the owner, Kenneth Willoughby. We were so pleased, we asked him to replace the roof on our home. While there, we had KWC install vinyl soffit as well. They did a superb job. thirdly, we needed a pull-thru shelter for our RV. Again, KW Contracting did an excellent job. Sadly, a severe storm caused a tree to fall on our Pre-Engineered Steel Building destroying the roof and south side. KW worked with our insurance company to perform temporary repairs until the adjuster had time to complete his estimate. In the interim, we had KWC trim, prune, and remove the existing trees around the building prior to replacing the roof, insulation, and siding. Again, we were very happy with the work. In this day and time, it is rare that you can hire a contractor to do a project in such a way as to check the boxes in every category. KWC not only does good work but the whole crew is polite and they all work hard. Kenneth does what he says that he will do. He communicates with the owner extremely well. The pricing is right. Trustworthy and communicates well. Miguel kept us updated on the daily processes and progress. We watched the process and let me tell you my deck is more than what I imagined. He was responsive to all of our questions and requests, his bid was less than 80% of the other contractors, and finished the job a week early and under budget. We added a bathroom & bedroom to the first floor for my father and could not believe how great the job turned out. His crew/subs were here early or on time, not one mess was left behind every single day, and would personally go over what was completed and asked for input at the end of each week. We were gone one day when the extremely expensive tile we picked out and bought for the bathroom but he sent his tile subcontractor to another job because when he started the tile it didn't look good to him in terms of color and size. He left a voicemail, text and email, all with photos and we were so happy he had stopped the tile from being installed. He also saw how much we paid for the tile and suggested an alternate tile that was more than half the price for both the tile and labor due to the size of the tile. I looked at the review left by another person who had used them for another job and I'm having a hard time believing what she had to say. BTW, Miguel, the partner/contractor only recently completed this work for us has a great reputation for the work he has completed on every job out here in California. We checked with the people he listed as references and even visited with a family he had worked with and got to look at the work completed and got to ask questions about his work. We had an extensive home remodel including bathrooms, kitchen, hardwood floors, tile work, exterior repair and painting, decks repaired, on and on with a "pre-ruined" home we purchased, and now brought back from near death. Honest, respectful, hard working, professional, and creative. From sketches we provided, they crafted a built in bathroom floor to ceiling cabinet and built in bookcase (on the other side of the wall) to execute a difficult modification from an odd doorway to a beautiful space. They also converted one of our walk-in closets into a hot yoga room, too! All executed with fine craftsmanship. Josh and Chris also fixed faulty landscape irrigation and lighting (very dangerous wiring problems), and most recently will plant for us what the faulty-landscaper seemed unable to accomplish. They will let you know if something you may want is not workable. They will make suggestions about what needs to be done, but will also respect your needs, budget and decisions. The deep cleaning was supposed to include baseboards and blinds, which some were missed originally and were fixed on the second visit. I also noticed after the fact that the face of my oven was still quite dirty and you could see the spots on the stainless steel still. Overall, I am content with the job done, but did expect a little more for the extra price we paid to have the deep clean done.

Do NOT use this company. We received a written estimate through our real estate agent who referred…read morethem to us. We didn't want to pay top dollar but we didn't want the cheapest solution either. We wanted to make the carport roof right for our buyers. The estimate thoroughly detailed the work and products and it was a go. We met with Allstar the day before the work was to be done. They "didn't have enough product" to fulfill the estimate and Allstar suggested shingles instead. The day of the work...with NO discussion...they switched from shingles to tar paper that the owner had on hand at his home and charged us MORE than the estimate. The tar paper was left hanging over the roof edges. Very messy. The "new roof" didn't last through the first rain. We met with them. Note: The business owner is always late. When he finally showed up, he got on his phone like we were insignificant. He refused to make it right, said it was our fault because we "didn't want to spend a lot of money" and he wanted to charge us $1,000 more to fix it. As it stands, we spent $2,000 for what professional roofers call a temporary roof. They may have gotten out there without informing us because the spot that leaked doesn't leak anymore. This is the kind of company that gives roofers a bad name. Us, our real estate agent and others that he talks to will never refer this company again.
