Before coming in, I checked the website, which listed a regular fill as $20. I asked for a basic fill and got the same type of service I've always had. Nothing was explained to me as being different or upgraded. When I went to check out, I was charged $40. When I questioned the price, I was told it was because of "powder," which was never discussed during the service and is what I've always had on my nails. Later, when I called for clarification, I was told the price difference was actually because the online prices haven't been updated -- which directly contradicts what I was told in the salon. During the service, I also had to ask the technician multiple times to file underneath my nails. My natural nails are yellow, broken, and in poor condition, and I specifically asked for them to be cleaned properly. The technician became visibly annoyed, sighed, rushed the service, and still did not do it correctly. I left feeling uncomfortable and unhappy with both the service and the lack of transparency. I've attached photos so others can see the condition my nails were left in. Between the unprofessional attitude, inconsistent pricing, and poor communication, I won't be returning.

Jimmie immediately addressed and repaired the issue, provides tools, tips and medication to continue the treatment, and established an ongoing regimen to ensure long term nail health. He also gave additional recommendations for holistic health. Fast forward three weeks and my mom is visiting from Arizona and complained about her toes being bothersome, and she appears to have the same issue. Jimmie is fixing her up and she will see a podiatrist in Arizona when she gets back. Once she is healthy she can find a reputable technician for long term care. I won't see another technician ever again!

Once I got home and looked at them more closely, I noticed they were much thicker than I initially realized and feel very heavy and uncomfortable. The tips of several nails were not fully painted, and the technician repeatedly drilled over my skin above my cuticles during the appointment, which was painful. My cuticles have been burning ever since. Because I live so far away, returning to have them fixed isn't realistic. For $73, I expected better quality and attention to detail. While the staff was friendly, I was disappointed with the final result and would not return in the future.
