    French Tip Mani

Amy at iSpa is amazing and is my go to nail tech! She is always patient with me and does a thorough job with my nails. She does the best French tip and I always get compliments on theAmy is also very flexible with her appointments and I never have to wait long. I highly recommend Amy and iSpa to go to for both mani's and Pedi's.

Ty's Ombré Nail dip with a Daisy

Have been going to ISpa for a few months now and seeing TY for my nails. Not only is he gentle and listens to what I want, his friendliness and professionalism is top notch! He does an Ombré Dip that is amazing! Everyone at ISpa Moscow is so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

The color I wanted and chose (#16)

DON'T GO HERE!!!- made me cry and feel like dirt! - they gave me a different color than I asked and blamed me for it. Then gave the excuse that the swatch color was faded (BULLCRAP) see pictures This is my first and only yelp review. I believe I'm normally a pretty easy going person but my experience at ISpa was so bad not only did it make me cry but it is forcing me to write my first review!! I went there after a long week to pamper myself and get my first gel dip manicure. I should say I seldom get manicures so my bar is pretty low!! I picked my color and was chatting with my friend while a very nice lady did my nails. I committed on how the color looked different and was told it changes color after it's painted. I thought ok sure what do I know I've never gotten one before. But when she said she was ready for the top coat I was very confused and asked very nicely if "there was any way to make the color lighter like the swatch- like add an other layer of a lighter color?" (I don't know how this works I just wanted the pale pink I picked). She looked confused and said no and started talking to one of the other manicurists named Kevin. He curtly asked what I wanted and I calmly with a smile explained that this color was darker than the swatch and was wondering if we could make it lighter. He told me there was no way to make it lighter and this was the right color. And when I asked to see the swatch again he angrily tossed it to me and yelled it's not our fault! At this point I was very flustered and increasingly confused why my color was different than the swatch and why I was being yelled at for it or why it was apparently my fault!! I couldn't contain the tears and frustration of a long week. I was useless at this point and my friend stepped in and asked if they could file it down a layer and add another. Kevin said that wasn't possible and "bad for the nail" and "painful". They kept talking technique/options. I'm not really sure as I just wanted to go home and not cry in public. The owner then came out at this point and talked with Kevin. I couldn't understand their conversation as I didn't speak their language but they were clearly arguing. Then Kevin said in English so I could understand!! "NO. She doesn't like me". The owner clearly forced Kevin to work with us and he said they would take off the dip. While Kevin flies down my nail polish (something he said was bad and painful mind you) sat there and couldn't even look at this man that I felt verbally abused me. Kevin or the owner NEVER apologized to me. In fact I was left sitting there while they both waved new costumers over to start their nails before fixing mine!! The only solace then gave was that the swatch color must be faded..... NO! LOOK IT if this color faded to that then those florescent lights should make me crisper than bacon! I'm at a loss of words now- what did I do to deserve this treatment? I'm not sure. But I urge you to go somewhere else so the same doesn't happen to you!!

Had a wonderful experience! My nails look fabulous, the pedicure felt so good, they used hot stones for the massage!! I was very happy and if I lived in town I would definitely go back!

My beautiful V French from Mai!!

Mai was able to get me in last minute and my nails have NEVER LOOKED BETTER!! Shop was so clean and the staff were warm and welcoming. Definitely just earned a new regular!

I was hesitant about going to ispa because of the reviews but they did an awesome job. Haven't found a place in Moscow I like. I had to wait a while so don't expect it to be quick but it was worth it.

Got my nails done prior to my birthday weekend and I must say I was impressed by iSpa. I'm not sure what the tech's name was who did my nails, but he did a wonderful job. He took his time and made sure every nail was even and "perfect". He was also very friendly. I spent a little more than I was planning on, but it was worth every penny.

A year later, I finally went to this Salon and I was just very pleased with how the male and female (husband/wife) owners of the salon treated me. First, if you ladies are looking for someone to shape your eyebrows, I would highly recommend the wife of the owner, every time I look in the mirror and see the beautiful eyebrows, I think of her. I will definitely go back to Hair and Face Salon to get a facial service with this woman. Secondly, the husband is very kind, he listened even when I didn't know what I wanted with my hair in the beginning. He took his time to ask questions and get the feel for what I like to have done with my hair and color and style. The end result was fabulous, he gave me tip on how to style my hair and what to do to keep it shiny and healthy and to utilize the natural oil on my hair to my advantage. Since he is highly in demand, you may have to book a month in advance to see him. The salon is simple, clean and quaint. The facial room is so relaxing I can fall asleep in there! They serve coffee and tea during your visit. The price is very fair and you definitely get what you paid for and more. This salon is worth looking into and if you can, treat yourself to their salon and spa service.

A deeply painful and hurtful experience -- please care about yourself and read before booking…read more I've waited a few months to write this review because the experience was genuinely traumatic, both physically and emotionally. And to be honest, I hesitated to write this review, especially after seeing how the salon responded to other negative reviews. I was already traumatized by how rude I was treated in this salon and did not want to go through that again. But I'm writing this in the hope that no one else has to go through what I did.I went in for a hair color service on January 18, 2025, that involved bleaching, and what followed was the worst experiences I've ever had at a salon. The process took over six hours, and during that time I repeatedly told the stylist, Michaela, that my scalp was burning and was on pain. She kept saying it was normal and didn't take it seriously. When I got home, I noticed my roots were still wet. My husband looked at my scalp and was shocked -- it was red, inflamed, and covered in hives, many of which had likely popped up during the stylist's rough blow-drying and brushing at the end of the process. The next day, my forehead visibly swelled -- like an egg had formed under the skin. I rushed to quick care, where they diagnosed severe chemical burns on my scalp. I was put on a week of antibiotics and warned to monitor for signs of infection or fever ( Dr's after visit notes are shared in photos). It was truly frightening. I returned to the salon a few days later -- not to argue or cause a scene -- just to share what had happened and ask for a partial refund out of fairness. I wasn't demanding a full refund because I understood she had used product and time. But instead of any compassion or concern, I was met with yelling, legal threat, and complete hostility, even though I remained calm, friendly, and respectful the entire time. I felt cornered and completely dismissed, as though my pain and health didn't matter. The level of rudeness and aggression I was met with was so overwhelming that it left me emotionally exhausted. I did eventually receive a partial refund, but the way I was treated made it feel like I had to fight for something I never should have had to. To make things worse, the color I ended up with wasn't what I asked for -- it was brassy, yellowish-red, and my hair was left dry and damaged. Based on what Michaela explained before the service, the roots were supposed to be 6A (dark ash blonde) and the ends 9A (light ash blonde), but the result was far from that, as you can see in the photo I've shared. I'm sharing this not out of anger, but in the hope that no one else has to experience what I did. If you ever experience burning or pain during a hair service, speak up and don't let it be dismissed. If you choose a salon, make sure they prioritize your safety and well-being. No one should leave a salon experience physically injured, emotionally broken, and then be blamed for speaking up. Please take care of yourselves, and choose salons that treat your safety, concerns, and dignity with the respect they deserve.

I wanted to show the stylist my hair, as well as pictures of what I wanted to do. I wanted to go from light brown/dirty blonde to a white-blonde with darker roots. We talked about the process, made a plan, and booked an appointment. Leaving the hair salon after my "consultation" I was feeling good about my upcoming appointment. Fast-forward to the day of the appointment. I walked in, sat down, and the stylist started working. Most of the time my back was to the mirror and everything was going fine until I was turned around to face the mirror.....my hair was nothing like we had discussed - definitely NOT white-blonde - and my roots looked like they had not been touched. Instead, my hair was a mess of brassy orange and yellow, and it was SOOOO dry and damaged! My heart sank. I tried explaining that this was not what we had discussed in the consultation and showed a picture again. The stylist scoffed and told me that it would take many appointments over many months to reach that color which surprised me, because this had not come up during any of our talks, and my hair was originally light brown/dirty blonde, not black. Despite my efforts to have my hair fixed, the stylist insisted I had received what I planned/booked for, and I was charged over $600 for the appointment. I went home feeling defeated, ugly and upset. The next two days I refused to leave the house without a hat, so my husband started reaching out to find stylists who could actually handle a white-blonde hair job. Long story short, WE FOUND ONE! (She's amazing!) My first appointment with my new stylist to fix what was done at Canopy was quite emotional. She took photos of my hair so I could see the issues, and when she lifted hair up in the back there were large sections that hadn't even been dyed, and my roots were VERY uneven! My hair was various shades of yellow, orange, and brown. I showed her the same picture I had previously shown at Canopy, and she assured me it wasn't a problem. Three hours later my hair was a beautiful WHITE-blonde and incredibly soft!! (Please note - it did NOT take many appointments over many months to have the color I wanted....) My main advice? Don't be like me. Do your research before visiting Canopy! I cannot stress this enough. It ended up costing me an ADDITIONAL $800 to fix the damage and color disaster caused at Canopy. I will never go back, and honestly, I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.

I told her that was not my fault, you posted a certain amount in print and they need to honor that price. I told her that was very close to a 'bait and switch' scheme with is a crime. She asked me if I wanted to speak to a .manager and I said yes. The manager said that was the old price as things have gone up and I said that was not my fault, it is advertised as $71. She said it begins at that price, ( a lie) more hair, more expensive. My hair is a little past my chin not enough to warrant another $54 dollars. Then she tried putting on a guilt trip by asking me 'Don't you think your stylist time is worth the the price? I didn't entertain that question but kept trying to get the conversation back to the price on the website. She began to see I was not going to pay that amount so she said what would you be willing to pay? I couldn't remember for sure that the price quoted on the website didn't say 'starting as' so I told her I would be willing to pay $80 maybe $90 plus a tip for the stylist. She of course took the $90 and a $10 tip. We went back and forth for 20 minutes, something I've never done before. This was wrong!! She lied to my face and tried to make me out as the bad guy when she is cheating and lying. When I got back home and looked again at the website, It did indeed say FULL not starting at.
