I'm gonna start this off by saying to listen to the bad reviews, I didn't and I regret it. I'm also a very chill person when it comes to bad experiences because I understand people can have bad days because I also work customer service, but I would never treat someone the way I got treated at this nail establishment. Okay [[HIGHLIGHT]]I walk in at 4;45 on a Monday afternoon, they close at 7 so it's not even close to when they close and they seem annoyed when I walk in. I stand there for about 5 minutes without being greeted or anything.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I finally sit down and the younger woman yells "what do you want". I don't think she's talking to me at first so I don't say anything, she then repeats it louder and now the 2 other people in the salon are looking and I'm embarrassed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She seats me about 15 minutes after I arrive, which I don't mind because there's only 2 workers and already 2 customers getting worked on. I sit down at station one and she is having a conversation with the customer checking out for about 10 more minutes, which I also don't mind because sometimes I get to talking for a long time as-well. She finally starts on my nails about 30 minutes after arriving... She is super super aggressive removing my old nails. Whenever I go to my other salon (they were closed Monday and I wanted to try out a new salon) she always makes sure to ask me if it hurts or not and stops when it does, this lady didn't ask me once. She ripped some of my real nails off because of how fast she was going. She then got out the drill and started using them on my cuticles, which I've experienced before, but she didn't take it off after a few seconds.. she left them running on my cuticles for 30 seconds, and they started to burn. 2 days later my hands have been shaking because they're in so much pain. She asks what design I want and I show her a picture. I double check with her to make sure she can do it, because I had a back-up design just in case. She tells me the design will be an extra $25, which was fine because it had a little more detail (picture below). She then told me after she was done with all my nails but 2, that she couldn't do the 3-D (which is what she charged me for) and asked me to choose something else, and she was just very rude about her tone and the way she was talking. I told her to just go ahead and do white lines to kinda replicate the 3-D, and don't get me wrong my nails turned out fine it's just not what I wanted. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After it was done she didn't even ask if I had liked them or if I wanted to change anything she just told me to wash my hands and she stood up and walked away.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went back to wash my hands and came back to pay and I don't realize she still charged me for the 3-D when she couldn't even do it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She didn't say thank you or bye or anything along those lines, she simply said "you're done" and walked back to her station.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would never recommend anybody go here or spend your money, she didn't talk to me at all besides when she told me she couldn't do the design and she was yelling in another language to the older woman that was doing pedicures the whole time. I would recommend Golden Nails if you are looking for a good nail salons. read more

I called just to see if they had any available appointments for later in the day. The lady that answered asked what I wanted done, I told her a new set of acrylics if possible. She then said that there was no time for acrylics, mani and pedi only, come back Monday....(click) and hung up on me. (Mind you, today is Wednesday, Monday is 5 days away...) I didn't plan ahead, that's on me I was simply curious if they could get me in since I had some spare time. I drove by 10 min later and the place is EMPTY. Not a single customer! I have been going to ispa for 5 months. The younger man in there is very rough with my hands. He constantly is pulling them and shaking them and then getting mad at me. I am relaxed as I know it's easier for them. He talks in a rude tone of voice and is rude to the other workers as well when they give him a client. He rolled his eyes when having to do my nails after one of my pedicures. A couple weekends ago I called several days head and scheduled a fill and pedi for first thing Saturday morning. I arrived early, they put me in three chairs before getting sat with him to do my fill. He says you know it's Saturday we very busy so you need to be still and let me work. He rushed my nailed and left black filing specks all over in my paint. I was so upset my pedi wasn't relaxing. The owner gal did the pedicure and did wonderful. For a fill and pedi you pay $110.00 and for rude service that's hard. I made up my mind I would go again and just tell him I wasn't happy with the work and to please be kind and do better. I called to get my fill and he answered today, he refused to schedule for 5pm, they are open until 7. He says, we like to go home early you know, it's rude for you to want us to stay late!" DON'T GO HERE!!!- made me cry and feel like dirt! - they gave me a different color than I asked and blamed me for it. Then gave the excuse that the swatch color was faded (BULLCRAP) see pictures This is my first and only yelp review. I believe I'm normally a pretty easy going person but my experience at ISpa was so bad not only did it make me cry but it is forcing me to write my first review!! I went there after a long week to pamper myself and get my first gel dip manicure. I should say I seldom get manicures so my bar is pretty low!! I picked my color and was chatting with my friend while a very nice lady did my nails. I committed on how the color looked different and was told it changes color after it's painted. I thought ok sure what do I know I've never gotten one before. But when she said she was ready for the top coat I was very confused and asked very nicely if "there was any way to make the color lighter like the swatch- like add an other layer of a lighter color?" (I don't know how this works I just wanted the pale pink I picked). She looked confused and said no and started talking to one of the other manicurists named Kevin. He curtly asked what I wanted and I calmly with a smile explained that this color was darker than the swatch and was wondering if we could make it lighter. He told me there was no way to make it lighter and this was the right color. And when I asked to see the swatch again he angrily tossed it to me and yelled it's not our fault! At this point I was very flustered and increasingly confused why my color was different than the swatch and why I was being yelled at for it or why it was apparently my fault!! I couldn't contain the tears and frustration of a long week. I was useless at this point and my friend stepped in and asked if they could file it down a layer and add another. Kevin said that wasn't possible and "bad for the nail" and "painful". They kept talking technique/options. I'm not really sure as I just wanted to go home and not cry in public. The owner then came out at this point and talked with Kevin. I couldn't understand their conversation as I didn't speak their language but they were clearly arguing. Then Kevin said in English so I could understand!! "NO. She doesn't like me". The owner clearly forced Kevin to work with us and he said they would take off the dip. While Kevin flies down my nail polish (something he said was bad and painful mind you) sat there and couldn't even look at this man that I felt verbally abused me. Kevin or the owner NEVER apologized to me. In fact I was left sitting there while they both waved new costumers over to start their nails before fixing mine!! The only solace then gave was that the swatch color must be faded..... NO! LOOK IT if this color faded to that then those florescent lights should make me crisper than bacon! I'm at a loss of words now- what did I do to deserve this treatment? I'm not sure. But I urge you to go somewhere else so the same doesn't happen to you!! read more

I hate giving low reviews to small, family run businesses, but I strongly suggest finding somewhere else to get your nails done. I've been here three times and each time I've walked out feeling like $18 ($19 with a credit card) is too much for the poorly done manicure. In fact, I'd rather tear a $20 bill up and flush it down the toilet. The woman who gave me the manicure ripped and scratched at my cuticles until I was bleeding. (No cuticle gel was used and my hands didn't soak for more than 2 minutes in lukewarm water.) I have scabs on several of my fingers now. Most of her time was spent talking to the two other employees. The massage was bad, just really bad. She filed my nails unevenly and then didn't get any of the dirt/nail shavings out from under my nails after she filed. I asked for a clear coat so you could see the built up crud. It's been 24 hours and half of my nails are chipped. The whole manicure took less than 10 minutes. And I was their only customer... I came here once and I actually liked the place. It's very clean, modern, and the service there is very friendly. One thing I do have to mention is that I got coffin nail acrylics and the experience was alright...the day I came in there wasn't anyone in there. The owner of the salon was doing my nails and while he was applying the acrylics and shaping it on the sides (for the coffin shape), he snipped and cut my skin. TERRIBLE! Do not go here! Not only was the man super rude, but my nails turned out terrible. My nails were super far from the cuticle and they didn't even push my cuticle back (see picture). As you can also see in the picture, I asked for Ombre glitter and this is definitely just a line. It was my first time here and they got mad when I didn't have a color picked out and ready. The rest of our group waited due to the other 2 employees being busy. The woman finishes the pedicure and immediately begins a pedicure on another customer that was a walk in. The other 2 in our party that had appointments for manicures sit and wait. They finish the first mani and the same employee starts on the 2nd, so we have just 1 waiting on a mani. Then one of the other employees starts working on a mani on a walk in....our last person is still waiting for a mani we made an appointment for. Some of us leave to run errands while we wait due to other commitments while we are gone, the last person waiting on a mani asks the woman if she will be doing the mani and she says no, she isn't certified so she waits for the same employee that did the other 2 manis to do hers. Meanwhile, the woman who says she can't do manis starts on one a walk in customer. This is beyond rude, we called several days prior and made an appointment for the exact services we wanted for a reason. Additionally, they cut 1 of the girls' toes and ground up another's thumb. I will not be supporting this business in the future, I will pay a few more dollars and go to a salon that honors appointments and doesn't outright lie to their customers. read more
