In February of 2019, I had a routine appt. scheduled with him. I arrived several minutes early and was told he was running a "tad" behind. After TWO hours I had not been seen and told them I needed to reschedule. The tech was extremely annoyed that I could not continue to wait. They had nothing else available for me in Feb. or March. Irritated but without another option, I rescheduled for Friday, 4/5 and was just told that they have me down for Monday, 4/8. I NEVER make Monday appointments for any doctor as it is my busiest day at my office. They would not honor my 4/5 appointment. Clearly, the office staff is incompetent at keeping a schedule for him and running on time. His wait times are routinely over an hour, but TWO hours was ludicrous and now they have messed up my appointment for today so I am done. I have found a new doctor and will never return to Dr. Jones Pembroke Pines offices. I hope they find some competent office staff because routinely there are elderly people waiting there for hours on end. His staff should learn how to schedule him correctly, not double or triple book him (or whatever they are doing that causes him to run two hours behind), and manage his time in and out of exam rooms. It's not rocket science ladies - figure out how to run his schedule or get a new office manager. It's disrespectful to his patients and their time.

First, Dr. Jones knows his stuff; that's not unusual, most doctors, especially ophthalmologists, do. My daughter's an optometrist and she had heard positive things about Eye Surgery Associates. I went for cataract surgery. What impressed me was his direct friendliness, the fact that he thoroughly explained my clinical situation in terms I could understand and that he was patient with me. First, waiting times weren't excessive. They have a lot of staff, and they waltzed me from test to test before I saw Dr. Jones with minimal hassle. The staff were very competent; many of them were optometrists in South America and are working here as techs, so they're a bit underemployed. Meaning they really know their stuff. Dr. Jones was very down to earth. He didn't talk down to me, answered all of my questions, called my Dr. daughter and explained his findings to her, and was thoroughly professional. The surgery was uneventful and the results were SPECTACULAR. Basically, I see VERY well after the surgery with no unpleasant after effects. I've had two postop appointments, both of which were professional, and Dr. Jones thoroughly examined me himself. Lastly, in contrast to that unnamed other Dr. (whose name begins with B and whose office is in Hallandale), the billing was honest. I'm not saying it was cheap; they are, after all, in the medical field. But the BS I experienced at that other office simply didn't happen at Eye Surgery Associates and I commend them for it.

My husband has been going to this office for about 20 years and when another friend of mine recommended Dr. Moran I decided I would call and see if they would take me on as a new patient. The office is located in Plantation. It's an older building, but there is plenty of free parking all around. When I arrived at the office, there was not much of a wait, and the receptionist was friendly. She gave me some forms to fill out , (not too lengthy,) and I was called to come back as soon as I had completed the forms & paid my copayment. I had a nurse take my vitals and ask a little bit about my medical history. (I wasn't sick ; it was just a routine checkup.). Dr.Moran came in after a short wait. He was thorough, and easy to talk to. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out at all; we were able to have a honest conversation about my health. Upon checkout I scheduled my next appointment, and again the staff was extremely pleasant & helpful. I think I have found a new primary care doctor!

I'm a soon to be 51yr old male and have seen Dr. Dolberg for routine visits, along with having him perform my colonoscopy. His personality and "bedside manner" are warm and wonderful. He's also direct and to the point when explaining one's health situation and what he recommends as a course of treatment. If you have an stomach or intestinal issues, make sure you visit Dr. Dolberg and or one of the other surgeons on his team! The best!

He has the best bedside manner, great smile and incredible knowledge of his field. I accompanied my wife last week on a visit to Dr. Bratter and was truly very impressed. Dr. Bratter took almost 20 minutes just sitting down very patiently and asking my wife questions about her condition. Then he examined her and took even more time. He is very thorough, very patient and extremely caring. He literally treats each and every patient as the most special patient. A week later, after the results came in for my week, Dr. Bratter did a completely complimentary visit with my wife and discussed steps to take in detail. Spending ample time with me at each appointment no matter how significant or insignificant it was. They are absolutely thorough, working to cover every base. Albeit I am not good at "following instructions" like going to see the referrals for preventative consultations. They do make sure they at least make the recommendations. I believe that as a Dr's Office the can be as involved or not involved as the patient wants them to be. Fortunately, my health is ok and it's my choice to have them be involved as needed. For others I know there is great follow up to appointments and for results. The staff is incredibly attentive also, in fact, I just called in to have my meds adjusted and refilled and was attended to immediately. This kind of practice is hard to find in the world of managed healthcare. I highly recommend them and would tell you to read the bad reviews, but don't pay too much attention to them as, I personally, never experienced that kind of treatment. 5 Stars to the Dr, his PA's and Staff!
