On our second pass we got a standard two queen room which was still very spacious for three adults. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms weren't quiet up to build quality that were use to back home but regardless very clean and spacious. Although the location is quite a distance from all the big attractions, I still conciser it to be a great location as thee are multiple (cheap and yummy) grocery stores, and money exchange banks all within a few minutes of walking. I think there may be a mosque nearby because we could hear the call sound from our room every time it went off, it wasn't too loud as we all slept through it easily. My only real complaint is that the staffs English could be improved, but regardless we had no issues!

Management could care less about my predicament and consistently refused to make a phone call on my behalf. I spent an entire day on the phone with Priceline, who was willing to correct the situation, but unable to reach the appropriate staff As a result, I did not have the planned extra bedroom, Kitchenette or dining table (that I reserved and paid for!) and we had to make last minute arrangements. I have worked in hospitality for over ten years and can confirm that Hilton Bomonti is NOT hospitable.

But what we got was total silence. No help, no refund, no support--nothing. They acted like it wasn't their problem. They showed zero care for my wife's suffering. This wasn't just bad service--it was inhumane. If that wasn't enough, the hotel was blasting loud music for two night. Four nights of torture. We couldn't sleep, and we complained again and again to different managers. And just like with everything else, they did absolutely nothing. They gave empty promises, fake apologies, and then disappeared. No solutions. No respect. No decency. The management is a disgrace--unprofessional, disconnected, and clearly not trained to handle basic guest needs, let alone a serious health emergency. We felt completely abandoned. This place is not safe. They are charging premium prices while offering some of the worst hospitality I've ever seen. This hotel should not just be avoided--it should be reported to the city of Istanbul and health authorities. They are putting people's health at risk. Their food made my wife sick, their environment made our stay unbearable, and their complete lack of accountability made everything worse. We will be contacting Ritz-Carlton corporate and local safety regulators in Istanbul. This is not just about a bad stay--this is about guest safety, human decency, and basic responsibility. There was a nice desk which I used for work, a nice lounge chair, and comfortable bed with plenty of lights. There was a TV which I didn't turn on. The bathroom was huge, with a nice soaking tub and a freestanding shower. The toilet was in a nook off to the left and it came with a bidet sprayer on the side. The amenities were great...they didn't have a strong smell which I appreciated because some hotels have shampoos/soaps with such strong scents, it makes my eyes water. These were nice and subtle. I slept very well in the bed. The pillows were very comfortable (not too soft) and the room was dark and quiet at night. Staff everywhere were helpful and kind. I didn't have a chance to use amenities like the breakfast that was included in my rate, nor the gym or pool area but everything looked great. I want to come back just to use the pool! The location is terrific...just a few minutes walk to Taksim Square, where you can find plenty of restaurants as well as the Metro. Traffic is so crazy in Istanbul that you can often save time with the Metro...I live in New York so riding the subway here is like living in the lap of luxury. It's so clean and orderly and it doesn't smell! My room had a Bosphorus view, which costs extra but is worth it. I really enjoyed my stay here from the room, to the location to the excellent service. All of us enjoyed our respective rooms. Whether they were the Swiss Advantage Garden View Room or Swiss Bosphorus View the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The lobby is opulent with high ceilings and a circular staircase with an elaborate cupola. Ipec who works at reception is fantastic and so efficient and nice. I have Hilton gold honors status and at this hotel that includes an incredible full buffet breakfast in the morning. Shout out to Selin who was so helpful and charming at breakfast reception, Gamte, and terrific servers Güllü, Fartif and Cihan who made me the best iced latte. You can pick your room in advance online on the Hilton app during check in and I picked the highest floor, which is the 14th floor. Flawless AC which is very much appreciated in the hot summer months. Rooms have huge picture windows (and the smaller windows open!) with incredible skyline views of Istanbul. The standard rooms are a bit on the small side, but absolutely gorgeous with lovely ceramic details and beautiful glass ottoman style lamp fixtures. Beds are large and super comfortable. The best part are the super bathrooms that have this incredible large shower with a seating area and three different faucets. One is like a fountain and will actually shower down your back! The toiletries are also excellent and everything is a very high standard. The pool is beautiful with a Jacuzzi and has full service and a bar. There are also tennis courts. There's also a really lovely Turkish restaurant and an Italian restaurant. It's really more like a city resort than just a hotel. The only problem with this hotel is you might not leave very often to go to town because it's so comfortable and relaxing. I honestly feel like I've been at a spa because of the beautiful gym, spa amd hammam at the hotel. They have a full-size hairdressing salon as well.
