Communication was lacking, and it felt like resolving issues was not a priority. I would not recommend this location if you expect professionalism or support. The contract they gave me showed the full price, not the promo delaying my movers by two days because I refused to sign incorrect pricing. Three months later, they suddenly raised my rate to $99, and five minutes after that, I got an email saying the same 5x10 unit is advertised for $64. Once you're moved in and committed, they change the price textbook bait and switch. The employees are friendly, but the tactics are deceptive. The price you move in with is not the price you'll be staying with.

Working with Brian to schedule was a breeze. He was professional and so responsive. It felt like working with a friend. Moving day Bo, Steve and Joe were my movers. They were easy going, professional and so capable, accommodating and efficient. Nothing got wet in spite of the rain and worked non-stop. That was efficient and easy. The morning of the move, the incredible team of Steven, Cory, and Joey arrived promptly at 8:30 am. They were professional and friendly. We walked them around the house, and they listened to my concerns, from fragile items and lampshades to which pieces needed to come off the truck first to be placed into the new home. They cared about each piece as if it was their own. No dings on the wall or furniture. They loaded and unloaded the truck with ease and took their time with me to place each piece in the new house. Ten plus stars for figuring out how my sectional and area rug would fit, and it looks great. Steven, Coke, and Joey, thank you for your exceptional service and care! They lost a 36" marble table top, multiple boxes, cut the hoses off of the hose reel, and ruined both bicycles among other issues. Their trucks are poorly maintained and the one with our stuff broke down causing them to be a day and a half late because they had to transfer everything to another truck that they rented. When their truck got stuck I had to use my truck to pull it out, breaking a 20,000 lb pull strap. I asked Peter (the owner) to replace it and to fix the ruts in the yard from their truck and his response was "What do you want me to do about it? It's your yard, you handle it." Absolutely worst moving experience ever and I would NEVER recommend them!

And got caught on doorbell camera after my wife asking them to be careful because of the new flooring just to hear them say F these people a few minutes later on the door bell camera. Bottom line is the only thing Peter the owner of Jensen Moving and Storage cares about is your money and not your belongings. They will loose items, damaged items and only thing EJ, Peter and William will say is you owe us. Over charged by $500 more then the contract on the move to storage, seemed to pad the hours to load the truck on the move from storage to my home. Took 2 guys 2.5 to unload the truck but took 3 guys 3.5hrs to load the truck Also seems they advertise as 27 years in business but the current owners have only had it for about 5 years and definitely do run this company the same as the previous owners. I uploaded 21 photos and that does not even begin to address the damaged items. Or the 2.5 hours of video
