I have rented here for a year and a half and had to downsize my unit because the rent keeps going up and they won't let you sign a longer term lease so that they can keep raising it. My rent has gone from $99 to now $188 for a 10x10 unit and if I was to rent the same space online today, it would be $103 (for the first month at least). They have bathrooms and they are locked so you can't even use them. I have an indoor climate controlled unit that has an air conditioning unit that floods when the weather is hot outside. I had to move my unit because it flooded. We are moving immediately. Ridiculous! read more

So I thought this facility would finally stop raising my rent but nope!! It has went from $136 to $202 just this year with no notification! Do they think people are made of money? I will not pay this anymore without a notice.They have so many empty units and they keep running people out. And instead of cleaning up their bathrooms, they locked the doors so no one can use them. I moved thins in May 0f 2022 and rent also has went up 2x. Due to illness and family illness haven't been able to get back to clean it out. My friends are doing the best they can but letting me know a lot of things damaged beyond salvage due to water damage. I've given them over 2k to lose my belongings isn't good business. I'm waiting to here what they are going to charge if they can't get everything cleaned out. I refuse to pay anymore. read more
