Since new management has been put in place this place has been interesting. The latest instance of issue has been trying to get into the property after driving 6 hours round trip to empty out our other storage unit, and surprise the gate isn't working and there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works here for assistance. So I guess all of this stuff will have to sit in the back of our truck during the storm that's about to hit.

As someone who knows all about trucks, even 18 wheelers average 5-7 mpg (just to clarify that 1.32 is absurd). It was likely because I estimated I would drive 20 miles and only drove 6.6, so they made up the difference where they could to get the most amount of money from a 5 hour rental. Not only will I never use them or uhaul again, I will advise friends and family to go elsewhere for their moving and storage needs.
