It's my property, on a job that hadn't been agreed to, and I'm dealing with a minor. That is why I sent you away. Fix your sh** and maybe I'll retract this review, but I don't recommend nor will I ever engage in business with you. Stop bringing your child to the job site. Coordinate details before you start the job, never show up unannounced and never put the customer at risk by employing a minor on someone else's property. You are not a "Pro"...you are a complete amateur and I'd recommend all the above or just get out of business entirely.

We hired this company last summer and paid approximately $5,000 to till our front and back yards,…read moregrind multiple tree stumps, and repair/replace our sprinkler system. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. First, one of the tree stumps was never ground down. When we brought it to their attention, instead of correcting the issue, we were told we had never asked for that stump to be included. They also told us they installed a new sprinkler control box, but it appeared to be used. It had old brown paint on the cover, which certainly did not come from our home. A few months later, one of our sprinkler zones lost almost all water pressure. We contacted the company numerous times asking them to inspect their work. They came out once, saw the system briefly working, and told us the problem was not their installation and that we needed to call a plumber. We paid for a plumber, who confirmed that the plumbing to and from the house was not the problem. We continued trying to get the landscaping company to stand behind their work for nearly a year. This June, someone finally came out and said the controller appeared to be losing power and told us they would replace the electrical components the following week. No one showed up. We were then told someone would come the next week. Again, no one showed up, and our calls and messages went unanswered. At that point, we hired another irrigation company. They found that multiple sprinkler line connections had never been glued together properly, allowing the system to separate underground. We ultimately had to spend an additional $3,600 on a completely new sprinkler system because we no longer had confidence in the original installation. Mistakes can happen, but what was most frustrating was the lack of accountability and communication. We gave this company many opportunities over the course of nearly a year to correct the issues, but they repeatedly failed to follow through. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

I told him I needed the bottom branches cut of and the top rounded and trimmed. He quoted me 150.00 which I paid. He trimmed the bottom branches and then said he didn't have the equipment with him to do the top and would come back. It's been 2 weeks. I left a message last week and he said he hadn't forgot me but I still haven't seen him again yet.
