The beef selection alone includes fillet steak, sirloin, rump, rib-eye and more. There is also chicken, pork and lamb, as well as barbequed pinapple. There is a smaller menu which you can order 2 courses from for £13.95 which is excellent value for money and there is good choice. The main menu is also reasonably priced. I will add that the cost of drinks is definitely higher than expected, but with the value of the food, we were more than happy. This is similar to Kettlebell Kitchen with high protein and healthy carb meals - (still not had a chance to try Gym Shack yet). One thing to mention, with Vietnamese food generally, it often has coriander in it so if you don't like it, mention this and can you have what you order without it - which I forgot when I got the short ribs.
