Ended up having a spontaneous lunch at this place and so glad we did! Was supposed to take the ferry to Cuckatoo Island and missed our stop, so we decided to take it all the way to the end in Parramatta. We were hungry, and this restaurant was right around the corner.
It wasn't busy at all, and it was towards the tail end of lunch (closes at 3 reopens at 5). We opted for the 3 course lunch for 35.00/person and had quite a few options to choose from. We started with this breaded eggplant and cheese ball (don't remember the name), followed by rigatoni bolognese and tiramisu for dessert. The special lunch menu also includes a beverage, incl wine! Everything was delicious, and my only complaint is I could have eaten more!
Staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. We had a nice conversation with a couple of the employees. The atmosphere is very nice but not pretentious. I highly recommend this place! read more
