I went to this store to get my phone fixed. Not even 2 hours later the screen cracked, and I didn't even drop it. I wiped the front camera off and it broke, and yes I have witnesses. I called them right after and they told me to come back and they'd fix it for free. When I went back, they tried to charge me $75 right after I just paid them $115. Do not go there. It's a waste of money. read more

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I was able to put 0 stars. I took my phone to have the screen fixed and first off, the screen didn't fit right but was ok with the phone case on. Then after trying to use the phone it no longer works and of course no one will even talk to you about it. I definitely would not recommend them at all read more

I was very happy with the service here. I thought for sure my phone was a goner (it fell out of my pocket and landed in a puddle, and before I realized it was missing, a car had run over it). ITech & Repairs fixed my phone to brand new status, in a timely manner, and wasn't too expensive. All my info, photos, etc were saved!
