I could have appreciated "we are unable to service any more clients this evening,we are sorry please check tomorrow". Then I would have even more quickly moved on to the next plumber and eventually I did. Poor service and a company I will avoid in the future. Mary J.

We had been so stressed out, thinking that we had micro cracks in our water pipes due to this year's cold weather, and thought that was why we had low water pressure. We also had a very badly leaking kitchen faucet, and clogged bathroom sinks. The gentleman came out and for the fee that was expected by the insurance, plus just a small amount for a new cartridge in our kitchen faucet, he fixed everything perfectly. Then he gave me the pleasant surprise that there was nothing wrong with our pipes, we just had dirt that had backed up into the fixtures of the bathroom sinks because of work that was done earlier that year outside. He cleaned out the junk and the faucets ran perfectly. He then snaked two of the sinks, and did a third one for free just because it was in the same bathroom. He was extremely professional, and went to Home Depot to get a cartridge because it would be a better price for us. I would use them again for sure.

I would recommend him for anything from a clogged out drain pipe to shower installations/modifications. Real easy to communicate with during the project I hired him to do. We first worked with him to install whole-house water filters and replacement of a bladder tank. Before that job even began, I had to follow up twice just to get pricing. During the repair, he informed us he didn't have the funds to purchase the necessary parts and asked us to front the money for parts. We were happy to oblige and sent the payment immediately. He assured us that he only purchases from professional plumbing suppliers that offer warranties -- but he later bought the equipment from Home Depot, which does not offer any such warranty. He also left the packaging and trash behind on our property and never returned to dispose of it. Upon installation of the filters, we began to experience issues within 4 days, he was kind enough to come out but ultimately the water filters do not work whatsoever. Following the repair, we asked him to provide a written estimate for FEMA, as required for our disaster relief claim. Again, I had to follow up multiple times just to receive the estimate. Once submitted in March, FEMA made several attempts in June and July to contact him for verification -- all of which went unanswered. We spoke with him in person at a community event during that time, and he smiled and told us he'd be happy to help "when FEMA calls" -- unaware they already had. Despite further follow-ups from me via text, he still never returned their calls despite promising to. Because of this, FEMA placed our appeal on hold and is now requiring us to obtain new estimates -- restarting the 60-day timeline. As of this week (nearly 6 weeks after FEMA initially contacted him) , I messaged him to update him that FEMA was requiring us to start over since he hasn't follow up. He wrote back and said he had just called them and they would call him back. I called FEMA to verify the next step and was told that he called but didn't have the estimates in front of him to verify and that it would be up to him to call back. I immediately followed up with him via text. It has been over 72 hours and we haven't heard back. We had previously recommended him to friends because of his friendly demeanor, but we can no longer do so. While we always want to support small, local businesses, this experience revealed a consistent pattern of poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and a lack of professional accountability -- and it has had real, ongoing consequences for our family.
