He was the first of us to go into the basement armed with a flashlight, looking for any possible issues. He looked at each house not just as a realtor, but as an inspector and gave us his honest opinion about each. He made sure we knew any possible issues he saw so we could be informed buyers. Once we found the house we wanted, Regan negotiated like crazy on our behalf. Not only did he save us thousands on the house, but he had the sellers pay for nearly all our closing costs!!! I thought that was impossible in this market. Negotiating, he has told me, is his favorite part. It is a game that he always wins! Regan has been the most amazing realtor throughout the whole process, he was always available no matter what time of day. He is one of the friendliest, honest, dedicated, and hardworking people I've known. I'm so glad we called him. We could have ended up in an overpriced money pit if we hadn't. If replaced, like the kitchen faucet, replaced with not even same quality, but the cheapest and plumber told to install the cheapest. Had them out to fix it since it was so poorly made. For what we pay in rent, they should replace with same quality. Waiting FOUR MONTHS now for dishwasher, that stunk so bad, rasta coming up from the floors, now they finally had someone out this past week FINALLY to close the holes under the counters that were never sealed! Rat poop all over the kitchen under the counters, DISGUSTING and they don't care. Not to mention when you call they claim to never receive any messages or emails or complaints!! This is the worst company. And if you're a property owner, they DO NOT take care of your property. I wouldn't trust this company to handle my property or tenants. Unprofessional, greedy, uncaring, and never received compensation for any of this, even past issues they refuse to pay for even when we had a plumber out last year and paid key 3 mgmt! They refused to fix plumbing issue because too much! We paid 100 bucks to hear that!!?? MAKE ME SICK!

I was told my name would be removed from the lease. The person I was living with moved out on March 28th, since the lease would be up in April. He called and advised Jessica that he was leaving. They then issued an eviction notice to the house in May when no one was even living there. How do you issue an eviction on an empty house? I am in contact with a lawyer to get this straightened out. Ridiculous that they are even allowed to do that. And from the reviews I see already, I can tell that's how they operate. Very scantless company. Do not rent from these people. You are better off anywhere else.
