The quality of fish and other ingredients was excellent, the menu has a great variety, the portions were plentiful and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were attentive and friendly. Don't sit on the patio unless you are okay smelling cigarette smoke as it's still acceptable to smoke here. Otherwise, everything was 5 star! Don't hesitate to try for yourself. We will definitely be back! :) PS, a tip is to use their online menu to see what you want to order. There are pictures of every dish so it's easy to understand what you'll be getting.

WARNING: NO VINEGAR IN THE SUSHI RICE!!…read more I am visiting Chile from the United States. I just had sushi dinner for 4 people from this restaurant via delivery. Based on the excellent reviews, I was very excited to try my first sushi in Chile. I wanted to like it, but unfortunately I am a person who likes authentic Japanese style sushi, which includes vinegar in the rice. The sushi here had no vinegar in the rice (or such little vinegar that it was undetectable in taste). To me and to the Japanese, this is not sushi. After I commented on this observation, one of my Chilean dining companions explained to me that this was typical in Chile because Chileans do not like the taste of vinegar. I was very sorry to hear this. I am hoping that I can find an authentic Japanese style sushi restaurant in or near Providencia, as I typically eat sushi at least once a week. In addition, there was too much rice in the rolls and not enough fish or vegetables. The sashimi was warm, served with almost no radish, and sliced too small.
