Hes on time, his prices are fair and he is masterful at setting and securing the boat on the trailer. Inspects the boat and trailer, notices things I didnt and shares his observations. Then they changed the price after confirming it whi h was alos ok, not good but ok. Then after blaming me for assuming cost was one way, responding politely with screenshota of texts with quotes, was not picked up. Not even a response. I payed what was quoted. Then told today it was more. I said ok, but showed where I was quoted wrong. Your company's mistake got me a no show for a flight that I almost missed. After several messages that were not returned. That's unacceptable I can send you all the messages we had. Its pretty clear negligence.

He was on the phone the entire time until I asked him not to talk in the phone when he switched to speaker phone. He threatened me. Told me to be quiet when I asked him to stop taunting me. I don't let people drive me while they are on the phone. I would think you teach them better and to not take personal phone calls. I would have made him let me off and call the police and an ambulance to get back to my facility but I will make certain you never are allowed by Medicare to transport anybody else. I don't know what kind of dog and pony show you run but breathing a rider because he asks to be safely driven is of utmost importance. I will probably fike a complaint for elder abuse. I was so fed up that if he did as he threatened get out and teach me a lesson that nobody should be allowed to do that. He also,told me has is in charge and he will do as he wishes arragance is not allowed. I have ordered a new phone and waiting for a number. You can answer our not answer because I will never accept his threats. I will also inform this facility to never contact you to transport me under any circumstances. The patient remains in the wheelchair, which they firmly secure to the van floor and ceiling with special straps. The strap arrangement provides a seat belt and shoulder strap for the patient. Their price is based on distance, with a 10 mile minimum. The are open 24x7, but charge a bit more for after hours, weekends, and holidays.

It isn't easy to manage my Father and they did it with skill and grace. Tonight my Father was taken to the ER and was being discharged late evening. Being in NY and managing my Dad's care from a distance I was in a bit of a panic. My father is disabled and would need a lot of help to transfer from the wheelchair to his bed. I reached out to Emmanuel and he left right away for the hospital. Once he got my Dad home, he even got him into bed. I really don't know what I would have done without him. Emmanuel is a rare find. If you're looking for someone to transport someone you love who will treat them like family this is the place you want to call. I have used other transport companies in the past for my Mom and there is just no comparison. If we had more people like Emmanuel the world would be a better place.
