She is an older adult currently dealing with serious mental health challenges, including paranoia about her personal information being accessed online. She is also not tech-savvy and is in no condition to navigate online forms or self-referral systems on her own. I called simply to schedule an appointment for her. I was not asking for medical information, diagnoses, or records. I was told--repeatedly--that due to HIPAA, I could not schedule the appointment and that everything had to be done online through a self-referral form. This was extremely distressing, given her condition. What was most concerning is that even after her primary care physician's office called directly, the response was the same: go online, fill out the form. There was no attempt to problem-solve, offer accommodations, or meet her where she is. This left me wondering: how many elderly or vulnerable patients are unable to get care simply because they can't use the internet or are afraid to? Mental health care should be accessible, especially for seniors. Compassion and flexibility matter just as much as policies. Unfortunately, this experience felt rigid and impersonal at a time when care and understanding were desperately needed. I truly hope iTrust Wellness reconsiders how it supports older adults and families trying to help them.

She had severe pain in her belly for a month and Dr. Blankenship failed to investigate or diagnose or even order an ultrasound to diagnose what was wrong for a full month. *Severe belly pain is something that should be scanned immediately.* I've spoken to multiple doctors and nurses who have been shocked that she failed to even order an ultrasound immediately. My mom even went to urgent care because the pain was so bad, and Dr. Blankenship still failed to order any scans until my mom blew up at them. She finally ordered the scan the next day after my mom blew up, only to find Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. Now we have canceled their rip-off well-being subscription service for obvious reasons, but they are still charging a cancellation fee. *To a terminal cancer patient for canceling a "well-being subscription."* This is outrageous considering they might have saved her life if they hadn't failed to diagnose her. Please stay far away from these terrible people who have absolutely no morality.

Forum Health used to be Wellness by Design and I went to them back then for BHRT. I found that…read moretheir pricing for that was astronomical after realizing my OBGyn did it for a fraction of the cost and worked to get it processed with insurance. Forum Health does not deal with insurance and they continue to charge very high rates for services. I reached out this time around for chelation therapy as she was the only one in the area that did it and the price was the same as friends of mine who do it in Florida. Connie recommended 20 sessions but I insisted on only doing 10 sessions and do labs to see progress. Each appointment was preceded with a text telling you to arrive 15 minutes early which I did only to sit in the waiting area (with no one else there) for 20-30 minutes each and every time. This was annoying since I was usually the first appointment of the day and I needed to get back to work. At one appointment, I was there all morning. They set the drip too slow and I had to literally walk the IV pole out into the hallway to ask them to let go because I was finished. The first day she required you to have a consult session with her to which she charges about $300. In that session, she reiterated what we were going to do which was already explained and discussed in the "free consult". So, that was a waste of time. She then proceeded to upsell other products and talk about BHRT to which I was not interested and I told her that was not why I was there and that I was working with someone else to get this done. Weeks had passed and I had to ask for the lab results as they did not proactively give them to me. I was also more than halfway through the treatments when they told me I was required to have another consult with Connie to go over the lab results. That was another $300 and, again, she proceeded to upsell me products and other services. I reminded her that I was working with someone else and not interested. I was very annoyed at this point because it seemed like I was paying her for a sales pitch each time she "required" me to meet with her. I had 9 of the 10 treatments when I got covid and couldn't make my 10th one. They made me sign paperwork that agreed that the 10th treatment expired the day after my last appointment. They made sure that all of my appointments were within that timeframe. So, due to being ill, I didn't show up at the last appointment. They texted and called after that and I just ignored them at this point because I was not interested in working with them anymore based on my experience. They did catch me on the phone 3 weeks after the last dose supposedly expires to schedule the last treatment. She told me the last dose didn't expire until the following week. I told her that I was done and wouldn't be coming back at this point. The office staff is generally friendly but they move at their own pace for sure. There's no sense of urgency unless they want money and that is evident when they come into your room, hand you a bill, and tell you to pay it before you leave that day. As far as I'm concerned, not much has changed with their ways here and she definitely charges a premium. Definitely shop around before committing to anything they do. I'm sure you will find what you are looking for at a much lower rate.
