What I was unaware of was that by paying online my card was signed up for payments to be taken from my card the 1rst of every month. I did not catch the charges until August. I contacted the YMCA concerning the issue. I NEVER EVER WOULD HAVE SIGNED UP FOR PAYMENTS TO COME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON THE 1RST AS I DON'T GE PAID UNTIL THE 4TH. ALSO, I WAS BEING CHARGED $37. AND IN APRIL THE PAYMENT CHANGED TO $18.50 PLUS ONLINE PAYMENT CHARGES. They did refund $18.50 minus the online charges because those are non refundable... but basically inferred I was an idiot because I didn't read every word on the page or disclosure. I tried to tell Margret there was a problem with their online program. I do not believe I am the only person effected. They got this New 360 page which is totally confusing as I was told I needed to pay on there. I am not sure why they have 2 pages for the YMCA to get info and to find out their schedules, make payments and so on. Why not just have it all on 1 site? I have been going to the YMCA since I was 5yeaars old with my father. I am 65years old. I LOVE THE YMCA. IT HAS PROVIDED MYSELF AND MY FAMILY WITHWONDWERFUL OPPORTUNITIES. There was obvious racist remarks and bullying in the classroom yet did nothing about it. Not to mention we the students barely get to defend ourselves in certain situations, they'll either say it's a lie or just gaslight you into doing smth in that situation. Not much I could do when I used to be young, I wouldn't put your child in this school is all I have to say. Also they have no idea how to talk to children saying they have no future or won't make it in life.
