This place is awesome. I started going here after Jill (a.k.a. she of the near-painless waxing) transferred from Brava and have yet to be disappointed. Yesterday, I had my first massage in several years after pulling a muscle in my neck a couple of weeks ago. The masseuse, Amanda, fixed the pain and left me feeling so relaxed and out of it that I got lost in the grocery store when I stopped for milk on the way home. I can't wait to go back and see her again! Price-wise they have some of the best rates in town since they're not catering to tourists and they offer a punch card so every 10th service is free. Went in this morning for a head to toe (compliments of my daughter) on my only day off in the foreseeable future. Had a good massage, and so-so facial, then I got dismissed. When I got home I realized I was supposed to get hands and feet done. I Called the spa, and she said the esthetician told her I didn't want the hands and feet done. WHAT?! I'm extremely upset that I didn't get what my daughter paid for AND I tipped that liar!! They have no idea how to move clients around to get what they paid for, and I had to listen to some guy talk about his MTC oil he takes on his diet - no where near relaxing! read more

I really like it here. I've been here multiple times, and only had one experience that I wasn't overly happy with. To start with my good experiences: I had my last massage (prenatal) with Maria, and she was great! I really enjoyed my experience with her. She made sure I was happy regularly throughout the massage, without being overbearing or annoying (I don't really like talking a whole lot during my massages). I've had multiple other massages with others also, and enjoyed them, but specifically liked Maria, especially for a prenatal massage. I've also had a facial and a couple hand and foot treatments here, and really enjoyed those. On my last visit, I booked a massage for my husband also. He was with a lady, who's name I cannot remember, but she is experienced in medical massages. My husband has a lot of back and shoulder issues, and she was the perfect fit for him. We both felt that she really went above and beyond to focus on his personal problem areas. By the time we left, he had more mobility in his shoulders than he's had in months. She also spent plenty of time after, talking through what she saw with him, and what was a good plan for upkeep. We were impressed by her attitude and work. Now, for the one experience that I wasn't super happy with, but easy enough to fix by just booking someone else. I had my first prenatal massage with a lady, who's name I'm pretty sure was Diana. The massage itself wasn't terrible. She is clearing a very talkative person, which is not a bad thing, but not something I want when I'm trying to relax with a massage. Another thing was, she put a big pillow on the table that would allow me to lay face down, which I ok'd, and to explain how to properly get onto the table with the pillow, she climbed onto the table and laid down on it herself, which I thought was weird. Lastly, when she left the room and left me to change and get onto the table, she left very abruptly, without direction that they usually give you (that they will be back in x amount of time to allow you to change, get on the table and get comfortable). She didn't give any direction, and just left me standing alone in the room to guess that's what she wanted me to do. In the future though, I have been there enough times that I know who I prefer, and I will continue to book with them. read more

Okay massage. Paid for 55 min of relaxation, and got about 30-35min, and she talked the whole time!!! If you like talking while trying to relax, this is for you, if not, stay away. Seemed to be way to distracted by other things, and worried about telling me about her life, rather that what she was being paid to do. Will not go again!!!! read more
