Horrible pedicure! Took way too long and still had dead skin on my feet! Gel polish not taken to my cuticle and looks terrible! Found out later that the girl was in training. Perhaps let your customers know this and charge accordingly. read more

Great service, walk ins welcome, and quite a variety of products and services. Only downside is they are not open on weekends or evenings.

I have always been in food service and have never gotten a manicure and this was a great place for my first one! The staff was so nice and everyone greeted me when I came in. I picked my colors and they were patient with me. They also squeezed me in last minute for a pedicure and it was amazing. The two girls who worked on my manicure and pedicure gave me some ideas for fun spots around town for me to check out and were overall so friendly. At checkout they also gave us 10% off unexpectedly. They absolutely wowed me with customer service and when I'm in the area I will be returning. read more

Disappointed They didn't clean under nails and they were sticking to my fingers. I had the French manicure and they are uneven.

Had my nails done just a little over a week ago. Was advised by nail tech to get the dipped ones because healthier on nail, lasts longer, etc. No hand soak, no attention to cuticles, and my nails started popping off!! What a joke! Never again!!! read more

Went in for a gel mani before the holiday and left without the mani. They didn't soak my hands, cut my cuticles or even file my nails. Five days later my nails started chipping. A week later the polish is completely coming off. At least the service was friendly... read more

I have went to this salon for the last three years. I called and scheduled an appointment for 2 pedicures at 4:45. We arrived for our appointment and they told me the appointment was for one pedicure at 4pm. After explaining I had scheduled the appointment for 2 pedicures at 4:45 I was directed to select colors and that they would figure something out. We waited approximately 30 minutes, were finally placed in chairs. Placed our feet in the water when the owner comes over and explains they would not be able to provide our service that they were a tech short. After stating that it was fine I would go elsewhere the owner states " we are appointment based." I will NEVER go back and neither will the wedding party that I was going to book. Shame on them!!! The only positive was Alex, he was doing someone's finger nails and tried to make the best of the situation and apologized three different times to us. read more

I have gone here twice. The first time I showed up at 7:45 and they close at 8:00 but they still took care of me and gave me a great gel manicure even if it was after hours for them. Second time, the manicurist was a little rough when she was filing my nails but I will definitely give them another try. I appreciate that walk-ins are welcome. read more

I wouldn't give them my business again. Staff was not friendly. I told the girl doing my pedi that my heals needed more work so she gave me a used scrubby thing so I could do it myself at home. What was I paying them for??? Plus while I was there another customer was left sitting soaking in a pedi bath for at least 45 minutes and ended up leaving without any services. The staff didn't even seem to care, I didn't hear one of them apologize to her. Poor Poor customer service. read more

Tried to call and make an appointment, for two days the "mailbox" was full. Had to go inside, and was ignored for 10 minutes before being addressed. Once being helped, the owner would not do the service I had wanted. A pedicure done with gel polish. I even had a gift card! l told him I would not come back. He did not seem to care...Go to Lil Diva's on the square, she will accommodate the customer and she is awesome! read more

Ke L must be confused and writing about a different spa. This is my favorite place for a pedi. Staff are alway courteous and professional. The chairs are amazing - giving you a bonus massage while your feet and legs are being pampered. And the hot stones - aaahhhhhh. Walk-ins are welcome. Worth the price.
