I went for the med spa services and got the pregame package. It is a hydrating facial, an IV treatment and pedicure to round out the experience. Unfortunately they were out of the IV treatments so I didn't get my boost like planned. However the facial with Jade was absolutely wonderful. My skin was so soft and smooth. I signed up for a Microneedling facial in March so I will update you guys as I explore more of the treatments. In the meantime I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure, especially the hot stones and cooling balls. TV gave an amazing massage too. My bestie and I sampled the menu and were pleased. The truffle fries were so delicious! I could eat an entire plate of them by myself. Lamb chops were cooked perfectly and I was thoroughly impressed by how tender the steak melt was. Today I had a 12 pm appointment for a manicure with gel polish and a pedicure with gel polish. 45 minutes later I was assigned a nail tech who informed me that they would not be able to do my manicure. The pedicure was acceptable, however, the tech who did my manicure did an unacceptable job. He had me waiting for him for 10 minutes before he showed up to remove the old polish and this was after he was told that I was his client and waiting for him. As a high-end nail salon, I will not recommend them for any service. Not only are they overpriced, but they also charge you even if you want your nails cut down. The party room no longer has the massage feature on the pedicure chairs and the water didn't seem to stay warm, but I enjoyed being able to order drinks and food while being serviced. This atmosphere of this place is nice. Staff was pleasant, food was great (I had avocado toast) However, for the price, I had much higher expectations for my pedicure and manicure results. The process of the pedicure/mani was nice. I enjoyed being able to order drinks and food while sitting in the chair(the massage chairs were nice too). But I expect to not still have dead/dry skin on my feet after paying $75 just for the pedicure. I also expected to have cleaner cuticles and a better polish result for a $30 manicure. Overall, I was happy with the experience, because that's exactly what this place is, an experience. I traveled a long distance specifically for this appointment and clearly booked acrylic removal and builder gel. Despite that, I was shuffled between FOUR techs, none of whom seemed prepared or trained for the service I scheduled. By the time I reached the last tech, his attitude made it clear he didn't want to help at all. He walked away, complained to someone else, and I was abruptly told he would no longer be doing my nails. At that point, I had wasted over FOUR hours in this salon, with absolutely nothing completed. This wasn't a minor inconvenience--I had a flight and a critical business meeting the next morning, and this salon turned what should have been simple into a complete disaster. The front desk made the situation even worse. Instead of resolving anything, she raised her voice, talked over me, and was shockingly rude, adding unnecessary stress to an already unbelievable situation. My entire visit felt chaotic, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer respect. I left with no service done, hours of my time lost, and zero professionalism shown by the staff. I would never come to this place again or recommend it to anyone. While the atmosphere is nice the quality of the work and the experience IS NOT IT. I got my eyebrows done and my feet. The eyebrow technician ripped the skin off both of my eyelids and also did a terrible job on me feet. When she ripped the skin off my eyelids she didn't even tell me but said an "Oh." I didn't know the skin was ripped until I went to the bathroom after session. I asked for the manager and explained what happened and asked for ointment. There was no resolution made. They put coolant on me skin, which further burned it and I had to rush to the bathroom to wash it off. After, I had to ASK for a refund. Even after asking to the manager why I was so upset and that my graduation was THE NEXT DAY, the manager didn't offer to try to fix the issue or even give a refund. On top of that, the quality of the pedicure I received was not up to par for the price paid. The gel polish was left on the top of my feet, the calluses were not removed, and the paint job was messy. The technician also made my toe bleed. While cleaning the sides of my toenail, she went too deep and took too much skin off. I will never come back here. read more

My sister-in-law and her girlfriend and I came here to get out nails done before vacation. I was pretty excited as I've heard some wonderful things about this place. She made an appointment for us at 1PM. We were seated immediately on their comfortable pedicure chairs after choosing our colors. We all opted for gel colors because we were going on a beach vacation. I generally go every 2 weeks for my manicure and pedicure and have been doing so for years but have never tried this place, however, EXO sounded very promising as both a nail salon and a lounge. Their kitchen was closed the time we went which was a bummer because I was looking forward to trying out some of their fares. We ordered some coconut mojitos and a round of shots as our pedicures were getting started. The drinks were excellent, however, the pedicure was quite rushed. According to their description, their classic pedicure includes a Himalayan pink salt soak, nail trim, file, shape, simple pumice bar cleanup with some cuticle care, and a mini massage. Well, I got the nail trim, filing, and a little it of cuticle care but that's it. I did not see any salt soak on my pedicure water, nor did I get any sort of massage, mini or otherwise. Additionally, my sister-in-law paid for my pedicure and whoever took the payment did not notify my nail technician so when my nail technician was getting ready to check me out, she charged me an extra $60 for a pedicure that was already paid for. My sister-in-law and her girlfriend were in the lounge so I confirmed with her that my pedicure was indeed paid for and she said they were. After clarifying this, they took the extra $60 off -- by the way, the services menu for the services states that gel pedicure is $42 so not sure why it was $60. My pedicure looked fine and lasted the 2 weeks I generally expect when getting gel but there was just nothing that blew me away about my manicure and pedicure session. It was very lack-luster and I have definitely had way better services in other places without being overcharged while rendering a rather mediocre service. The atmosphere was also less than relaxing. They had a DJ when we went and I'm not sure if this is a common weekend practice, but it was honestly way too loud and felt more like a club than a salon. What kind of atmosphere are they exactly going for? I'm not trying to sound like I'm 80 but perhaps I prefer a nail salon with more of a spa-like/relaxing atmosphere. If I want to go to a club, I'll go to club. It was too chaotic. After our nail salon sessions, we headed to the lounge where we spent a couple hours hanging out and relaxing. The lounge was much better, not as loud and we could actually hear each other talk. Everyone was friendly at the lounge and service was quick. I wish the nail salon service was close to the lounge service but my nail tech said nothing to me the entire time and like I said, she rushed through my entire session. Overall, lounge would be a 3-star because we really only had drinks and never got to try their food and the nail salon would be more like a 1-1.5 star. I went into Exo Nail Bar for the first time for a full experience with a bridal party last Thursday. I live out of town now, but came in for a wedding. We were excited to try Exo Nail Bar because it came highly recommended and appears to be more of an elevated experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, however I am slightly concerned about the amount of time the product lasted. I paid $207.00 for 2 manicures + full sets with gel polish and 2 pedicures with gel polish and 4 days after getting our full set, I have one nail completely lifted off and 3 nails lifted and about to fall off (I will have to get a new full set put on because too many nails have lifted). I wear tips with acrylic+gel polish regularly and it usually lasts me 3 weeks between fills with no lifting/popping off. My teenage daughter had every single nail pop off after 5 days. I've never experienced nails coming off so easily and so soon after application. It feels like a total waste of money because the nails only lasted half a week, which is incredibly disappointing to say the least. read more

I took my 7 year old in for a pedicure. They have a little selfie station in the front which my YouTube loving daughter adored. We were asked immediately if we would like a drink. The pedicures were so nice and they both really took their time even though they were clearly very busy. I think a kids gel pedicure and adults gel pedicure were $80 total. Which is reasonable considering this salon is so high end compared to others. The salon is HUGE and would be perfect for a girls day! They delivered pitchers of sangria and custom cocktails for multiple groups while we were there! She noticed one of my nails (a dip manicure from a different salon) looked a little dull and asked if i wanted her to fix it. I said sure. I expected to be charged $5 for it but it was bothering me so I did it anyway. She added a gel topcoat to all of my nails, then cuticle oil and hand lotion..... for free!!! Upon leaving my nails looked pretty good. A few filed unevenly. Nothing big. Now my nails are usually sore after getting them done but the next day they were extremely sore and my nail and cuticle are cut all over the place. There's weird like in the manicure as well.
