Wow, I can't say enough good things about this company. We recently had a large horse show event at Wills Park and It's My Party pulled out all the stops helping our event be an incredible success. They had absolutely everything we needed to host and even went above and beyond calling every morning to make sure everything was great. We had an issue with a couple of the propane heaters and their crew was there within minutes fixing them. Never Again! The service here is terrible and so is a few of the staff. They were not helpful or willing to work with me because I booked within the 7 days of the "no cancellation/modification" window that I was NEVER told about...until I paid and then got the email that states the 7 day window. The girl should have told me when I was reserving the chairs that I would not be able to make any adjustments because I was within the window. Then when we went to pick up the chairs, the owner had an opportunity to fix the biz/customer relationship BUT no he just asked my husband not to post a bad review because it would hurt his business. Well you had a chance to correct your wrong but you choose not too. So bad review it is! read more

They were super easy to work with and very flexible about adding some things in the weeks leading up to our wedding! They delivered everything on time and picked it all back up on time. If I could give zero stars I would. It's My Party was recommended to us by Roswell River Landing. The set up was great but the men failed to return and pick up even though I let them know we would be there cleaning up until midnight and that the venue would re-open the next morning at 8 AM. They failed to show up on Sunday and pick up the massive tent, tables and linens and that cost us our deposit at Roswell River Landing. The owner of It's My Party and the woman who runs Roswell River Landing worked out a deal where they would each refund us $250 since the equipment not being picked up was out of our hands. Roswell River Landing held up their end of the bargain but It's My Party still hasn't refunded the money. Every time I email with the owner I get a different response - one time it was that the men came on Sunday but the venue wasn't open (not true since there was another event there that day and I personally spoke to the wedding planner who had been there since the early morning and no one had come by), another time, it was that the men who delivered the equipment quit on Saturday so they had no one to come on Sunday. Bottom line, it wasn't our fault that the tent, tables, and linens weren't picked up. I understand things happen and if the owner had just apologized for the hassle it caused us and refunded the $250, I would have given them a great review. But treating customers this way is unacceptable. It is well worth your time to find someone else. Tony says someone came by our venue at 7 AM on Sunday. Considering they didn't even deliver our tent until 11 AM on the day of our event and the fact that the tent was outside so at 7 AM they could have at least taken it down before the other group arrived at 8 AM, you'll see why I say he is a liar. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable, honest company. Tony is a liar and should not be trusted. read more

While the initial service price were great, the products were not. We rented 50 folding chairs and an arch for a small wedding in our home. When we began setting up the chairs the afternoon, they were dirty - all fifty of them, and a large portion of the chairs had BIRD POOP on them. The arch had lots of scratches and dents. I sent the below email to Tony, the owner on Sunday evening. Today is Thursday, and I still haven't heard anything from him, not even an apology. read more

Although they don't, they referred me to a company that does. I Host alot of events in my business and would not recommend this place for it. Over the 10 years of event planning I have never encountered a company that would not adjust policies based on circumstances like this one refused to do. I ordered a helium tank on Thursday and cancelled by email on Saturday night. Paid in full for the tank wnay hen I ordered it which I did not have to do, and upon realizing 2 days later I was not going to be able to make it work to get and use the tank, immediately cancelled. They only refunded 75% of the money I paid because "on the invoice I received after payment, it states that 25% is non refundable." However, no one ever mentioned this when I called, ordered and paid in full over the phone. I understand policies, but customer satisfaction and little over 24 hours since order was created, there could have been an exception made, if for no other reason than customer service and to keep the customer. Had planned to use them for future events and they would have made way more than $25 in future business from my company, Too bad this company doesn't understand customer service and benefits of keeping clients. read more

We utilized Its my party rental for a graduation party recently. Not only did they miss delivering completely on the Friday they promised but communication from Tony was non-existent until we called him off the hook. At that point he was completely unapologetic and extremely rude to my wife and I. The tents did finally arrive the next day but late again. The men who set up the tents were fantastic and I feel bad that they must work for such a difficult boss. About 225 guests came to our party and coincidentally 2 other people had utilized Tony and both said he was so difficult to deal with he is off their vendor list. Don't count on these people and here is why.... Firstly, they cant keep to time. They called me in the morning the day before the event (Friday - a work day) and told me they were on the way to install the equipment. They originally told me it was in the afternoon so I had adjusted my work schedule accordingly. But since they called I rushed back from work to accommodate. 15 minutes after I arrive, they tell me that they made a mistake, now equipment is only going to be delivered in the afternoon. This was a major inconvenience to me since I had to take off from work to accommodate these people in the first place. Now about the quality of the equipment. The tent that was provided was in reasonable condition and there were no major issues with that. The tables and chairs were very dirty. Some had food stains from a previous event or may even be previous events. We ordered 3 space heaters that dueled as a cocktail table. Almost $100 to rent each for these heaters. I think I could have bought something for cheaper. But that is a different story. These heaters were very old looking but functional when demonstrated during install. It was probably the coldest day of the year the day of the event. So we really needed the heaters. When we needed them in the evening 2 of the 3 heaters didn't work right. One heater kept shutting itself off and it was a very tedious process to light them again. This was not practical for use during the event. The 2nd heater caught fire from the tank where the horse was connected. We almost had to get a fire extinguisher to shut it down in a panic. Then a coffee pot we got kept shutting down the trip in the house. Mind you we tried in 3 different places in the house. This too was no use during the event. We noted all these issues in the return invoice expecting some resolution. When I first called back I was told they will investigate and get back to me the next day. A week later still no call back. Eventually, when I called back I was informed all the equipment was tested and working fine so they are not responsible for anything. What good is that, I couldn't use it when I needed it. I was told that I was supposed to call in the middle of the night while we are entertaining 100+ guests so that someone can come address it. This is not practical. This rental company is not cheap. At the price we paid we expected much better service. We are toughly disappointed and caution people from using It's my Party Rental!!! They really should name them self "It's your party and I don't care a darn". read more

What a disaster!! We have had numerous events at our home and used A1 rental and they were fantastic. Run as fast as you can from using this company. Tony lied to us over and over. He came on our property after promising a delivery at approximately 4:00 and we sat and sat and sat. I finally reached Cindy in the office who is fantastic and by 7:00 my husband FINALLY reached Toni. Toni was rude to him as he had been to me. He did not apologize for making us wait and then promised his guys would be at our home at 7:00 am the next morning (the day of the event) as if we did not have anything else to do and again it was almost 8:00 before they arrived!!! Interestingly enough Toni did NOT show face that morning! But the sweet guys that came were fantastic! We had a great party that saturday that lasted until midnight. Cindy had communicated several times pick up would be Monday or Tuesday. Somehow Toni decided it needed to be the next morning at 7.00 am. Yes we had not had the tent a whole 24 hours and he was determined we needed to wake up early and get the tent back to him despite the previous plans to pick up Monday or Tuesday. Now he writes to me today that he could not trust me or my husband despite the fact that we paid him timely , we stayed for almost 4 hours waiting on HIM. We held up every part of our end of the bargain ... without one apology form this rude man. RUN to any other tent place!! RUN,, he is crazy, rude and he is never wrong, takes NO responsibility for his actions and blames the blameless. Run .... he alone will ruin your party festive mood and will blame all his lack of professionalism on YOU!! BTW i have never in my life taken time to write a review about any company, I find life is too short and I stay positive. However, I want to warn anyone about his man as it was that bad of an experience I would hate for anyone to have to deal with even half of the nightmare we delt with. In fact when I read about the insane experience the one guy had and how Toni made the bride cry, I thought wow no one is that mean. Well I was wrong and I regret not listening to the guy who clearly had even more to say than what he wrote on line. Run from this company!!!!! read more
