Never going back! This was a terrible vet. Dr. Eisen almost killed my dog when she was 1 years old…read moreby prescribing the wrong medication when she was majorly sick. I took her to the emergency and they did blood work then dr. Eisen did another panel while she put her on wrong antibiotics. My dog had a high fever and had a seizure in the middle of the night. The meds that Eisen gave her did nothing but she insisted I follow her instructions and was offended that I took her to another vet for a second opinion. The other vet suggested I take her to Canada West Veterinary specialists which I did - they said that she was prescribed wrong meds and because time was of essence in her poor condition they had to figure out how an appropriate cocktail that would save her life. After a week of struggle she is thankfully healthy. But I'm still in rage about this Eisen "vet". I wish canada had better policies on veterinarian standards and protocols. She should retire and let those who are passionate to learn and develop do the job properly.

Seriously great care and attention to any animal I have brought to this clinic over the last 13…read moreyears. Terry Eisen is both incredibly knowledgeable, professional and compassionate to both owner and critters. There are always options given to address both economic and philosophical differences in the care of much loved animals. As the rating indicates...truly as good as it gets. Thank you so much Terry for your support and the finest of care over the years.

Bella is a lifesaver for me! I was looking 2 years to find this kind of warm hearten person and…read moreprofessional dog walker, sitter and a boarder . My small Shiba Inu dog - Mickey - just loves both of them - Bella and Justin. Mickey feels sad when he stays home. If I need any professional advice - Bella is the best "doctor" and the best friend - she knows everything about dogs. I do have a peace of mind knowing my dog is being well cared and loved when I am away. Thank you Bella for being such a fabulous and responsible person with our doggies

I initially started taking my dog Obi-Wags Kenobi to the Woofer Walker daycare for some…read moresocialization since he is an "only dog." He is anxious, and there were times he did not play appropriately with smaller dogs (he had too much energy, and he does not always recognize/respond to the other dog's body language of "please give me space." They gave me great feedback on how he was doing, but his trainer and I decided that daycare for my anxious dog would not let him be "his best self." I then transitioned him to their Woofer Walker Munchkin March pack walks, which is a much better fit for him. He gets to socialize with the other dogs in the pack walk, run himself silly, and sniff everything (animate and inanimate). Obi would walk over my dead body to get to Woofer Walker Judy! He is so excited when it is Woofer Walker day that he waits by the front door, staring at it until he hears the van pull up, and then loses his mind. Judy is very patient with his excitement. They let me know which days would be the best fit for him regarding the other dogs' personalities and play styles, so he goes every Tuesday and Thursday. They also post videos of some of the highlights of the walks and post pictures - it is the highlight of our evening to watch the videos! I've downloaded some of the images since they are great shots!
