What they did take to the storage unit, they just threw it in there and didn't help manage the space and then told my parents that they were going to have to get another storage unit.

Do not use this company. I called for a quote and they gave me one. Then these guys call back on March 25 to schedule the move and I told them I already moved and to please refund my $90 I paid to hold some date. The guy refused to refund my deposit because I didn't "cancel" the move 5 days before it was scheduled. The move was never scheduled, so this is nothing but a ploy to steal my $90. These guys will be reported to the Better Business Bureau as well.
