We could have YouTube'd how to do this and done it in less time. Absolutely ridiculous, use Geek Squad or another reputable company. Our evening is completely wasted and we don't even have a complete product.

However, I had also ordered that my wires by concealed. He detailed that he did not have the kit and his manager would have to meet him at my apartment to finish that service. We waited for 20-30 mins for the supervisor to arrive. During this time he upsold me into a nest security camera and offered to mount it during the same period. To my surprise, I was still charge for this additional time and cords that I did not agree to. I received no receipt, but was surprised by the 750+ bill. The only reason I won't dispute these additional charges is because I want to keep the equipment. But, I would not recommend them as you can see my "no concealment" service still alloted visible cords. Unpleased.

Installed LED Halo lights I really did not want without my approval. Jason said to try them out and…read morethat he could adjust if they were too bright. When I tried to get them to come back and adjust the led light level they accused me of trying to steal $125.00 "handyman time" from them. I have diabetes and LED lights are too bright. Sure I can dim them but they constantly flicker triggering migraines. I'm afraid the heat they also produce are not suitable for the location in den ceiling. Would not recommend hiring. They were slow to repair damage done from tornado and showed up when they wanted. One also reeked of cigarette smoke.
