WOW! I was just reading other reviews about "It's your tan".. and all I have to say is, WOW! I had no idea people would out and out LIE, and talk so negative about a local business... Especially one that has been in business for so long.. I have been tanning at "It's your tan" for so long, I can't imagine going anywhere else.. I tried other places in town, only to be treated like total crap by some little stuck up teenybopper that acted like it was a total hassle to have to get off her phone and tell me I had to SIT AND WAIT for 15-20 minutes to get a bed.. NOBODY at "It's your tan" has EVER been rude, or short with me, or anyone that I personally know! The staff has always answered my questions in a direct and honest manner, which I would expect since they know their own business very well.. I ALWAYS look forward to my 15 minutes (or longer if you choose- ) of sunshine and relaxation.. It's nice and cool in the building, it always smells nice, VERY clean, NEVER a wait! Good prices! Convenient hours, easy parking, always the same people working (the owners) and always a win-win situation! I always have a GREAT tan! Oh, and they carry awesome products! HONESTLY, I can not say enough positive things about this place! "Danielle" sorry to hear about your leg and foot.. No reason to write a bad review because your having a bad day! And "Emily" she suggested the same thing to me about using different bed.. I read reviews and went with a local business who had been around for a long time. I moved from Olympia and am aware of chain salons. I also will go in to any business with an open mind. I had received a gift certificate from my husband and he said the woman was very knowledgeable. I go in to use my certificate and have no issues or problems. I ask a question about the machines and or time for I know myself and tanning beds right? Not my first time in this rodeo. But I learned.more in my first 5 visits between the 2 owners then I would have ever learned at other places in my opinion. The owners know their business, industry and products and they are not going to lie to you but give you their best knowledge recommendation. Ok so I read the older reviews too before going in here, quite frankly there aren't many tanning salons to choose from in the Wenatchee Valley. But the reviews weren't very nice in regards to the female owner, (totally spacing her name & will come back to update!). So I'm just going to let all future clients of this salon know a few things. 1. The owner is EXTREMELY knowledgeable of her line of work, tanning. 2. She takes EXTREME pride in that & the business she refers to as her home. 3. Don't go in there unless you want the best of the best & you're willing to listen to excellent advice on getting the BEST tan. Because that's exactly what you are going to get when you visit here, granted you listen to direction, regardless if you know everything or not. I have worked in top tanning salons in Arizona & I was happy and eager to learn more from this woman. Tanning is a legitimate passion, that not only I have, but that the owner of this salon has. I was truly impressed by her business. Very, very clean, easily accessible, and so homey! I loved the place. So, my best friend thought it would be a nice gift for me to go tanning and relax a bit, since I have been through so much in the past 6 months. She had forgotten I am supposed to keep my leg and foot out of the sun for at least a year and my foot is still going through a lot of nerve pain from literally frying them all of last August during a cooking fire where I spilt flaming oil on my foot and leg causing 3rd degree burns on 8% of my body and spent a month in Harbourview Medical Center. After receiving a tanning package from Its Your Tan, I just wholeheartedly knew I wasn't going to be able to use them and had to regrettably ask for my money back. I just got done leaving Its Your Tan, calling my mom in tears because Danielle (the owner) was so rude, hurtful, and said the most harmful things. I was very nice about it, explained my situation and how I wished I could use them but it is just not in my cards for quite some time. Before giving me my money back, she asked my why I didn't just regift them to my friend and made me explain I would like to still be able to use my gift money on something I would enjoy. She handed me my money, and expressed, "I'm sorry you wouldn't give us a chance, we won't tell Katie you regifted her gift, I would say we hope to see you again but I know we wont." Then I started to say I know I would love to tan again and she interrupted me and said " No, I mean if you every decide to tan again, please don't come back." I was so shocked at what she had just said I wish I would have been able to say more, but I responded, "Give you a chance? I have been coming here for years, and I just went though a completely traumatic situation 6 months ago, and how you are treating me is so rude." and I left and called my mom in tears. I am completely appalled and disgusted with this place, I have been giving my business there for 15 years+ and I will absolutely tell everyone my experience after the way I was treated. read more

Went there to check out a new tanning place. Was greeted by a very rude woman. Told her I wanted to do the mini mega. She then went on to tell me I should do the mega mega because I wouldn't FIT in the mini mega & wouldn't get the tan I wanted. I replied, "wow I've never been called fat before at a tanning salon. I tan in the tropicals and there about the same size". She then told me, "well I've been doing this for 35 years so what do I know. Don't be mad when you don't get the tan you want." I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a business. She may have been in the tanning business for 35 years but she obviously has no idea how to treat people & that is the number one reason theyre no where as busy as ultra tan. I will be giving my business where I'm welcomed & treated fairly. read more

I honestly love coming here. The owners are extremely nice and they make you feel appreciated. Unlike the only other salon in Wenatchee, if you bought a specific package for a certain bed and it's occupied when you walk in, they'll bump you up and accommodate you. I bought an unlimited package for a month. I was met with impatience and impudence after asking a question about a 15 minute bed and and the difference between a 20 minute tanning bed. As I am not an expert about indoor tanning I would have appreciated the courtesy of having the different beds explained to me upon asking. I was also left waiting for about 10 minutes while the owner filled an order with a supplier without an acknowledgement of my presence. I do not recommend this establishment read more

My mother moved here last year. So I come a few times a year to visit. I am totally impressed with the customer service here. The owner Dani is AMAZING !!! Always nice, always kind, and great spirited. I was here one day when this lady was bitching about her burnt foot, and being really rude to the owner. The owner never said, "don't come back....I was right there listening to it all. WOW what a pain that lady was. As they say, "when you work with the public, you cant control what comes out of your customers mouth." I was amazed how the owner kept her composure, and was soooooooo nice to that crazy rude customer. If it was me, I woulda decked her. I have met people in here that have been coming in here for years and LOVE this place. I just love it myself. Try it. You won't be disappointed. This place is the best. Don't listen to that burnt foot customer. OMG You can tell she is a problem, who is goofy enough to spill cooking oil on her own leg? She was wearing an outfit that showed pretty much skin.
