I was able to talk to a real person who answered my questions. I came in and discovered that it's a new office person. Yay for that too!! She was great! She refilled my antiviral bottle and processed my payment quickly and efficiently. She was competent and knowledgeable. What a difference!! I'm really happy to see that they listened to constructive feedback and addressed the issues they were having that I mentioned in my last review. They leveled up! The entire experience almost felt like I was at a different office...in a good way. I can now highly recommend without reservation.

Although very apologetic and I was understanding because things do happen I waited 25 minutes. She stated she had been working on the client before me since 11:00 am and my appointment was at 2:00. Julie was very professional but did not use 40 minutes to do a complete facial and I left without feeling like she did a thorough job requiring me to come back to finish and pay another $350 dollars. I told her I couldn't afford that and that I was quoted what I paid that day including follow ups. I made an appointment for a follow up but called back the next day for clarification. I cancelled my appointment not able to talk to Julie and I made it clear that they needed to quote a price accurately and make it very clear to new clients what the price would actually be. I am in Seattle quite a bit and will find a Medical Spa in Seattle in the future.

There are a variety of employees that each have their own method. I was fortunate enough to try 4 to 5 employees out And was never disappointed. They offer different types of massage and deep tissue and ashiatsu are my favorites. My husband will actually go get massages here and he has never been one to agree to that. Melissa, one of the owners is absolutely amazing. She works with me on a personal level to make sure I get scheduled. I truly can feel her compassion and empathy and desire to help other people. I appreciate that they are always very flexible when it comes to scheduling and go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable. If your insurance allows, you may be able to express bill. Which means just paying your bill upfront, Melrose massage will provide you with billing codes and an invoice. I just submit those to my insurance and they reimburse me at 80%.
