Really bad experience here. I booked a "complimentary" consult with one of the hormone specialists,…read morebut when I got there, they apparently only intended for me to meet with one of the cosmetic nurses unless I was willing to commit on the spot to paying $400ish for labs (which I have a million of my own recent lab results to supply, so this was totally unnecessary). Eventually they agreed to let me speak with the hormone nurse but only after I protested that I felt misled by my booking confirmation. I ultimately agreed to have labs pulled, which they did on site that day (will come back to that). The hormone nurse also recommended NAD IV therapy. I agreed to try that (despite $$) so we scheduled it for another visit. I left after paying some $1,300 for the labs (which I did not need) and the prepayment for the NAD drip. I then went home and started researching NAD. I also spoke to my doctor. It turns out that, unless you are treating depression or addiction, NAD IV therapy is completely overrated and not necessary. There are ways to improve NAD through supplementation with NR. So I canceled the IV drip appointment. Then, i got a call from the office that my labs were back but that they believed there to be an error in my testosterone level which is what they were focused on. They wanted the lab to reassess the blood. Okay fine. More than a week passes. I finally call to see if they have an update. They provided updated labs that appear to support their proposed form of testosterone therapy which is pellet form -- of course, because this is far more expensive than cream which I've actually come to learn is more effective if you can do it regularly. I was prepared to move forward with pellet insertion anyway, simply for convenience, thinking that I could apply my NAD payment to cover the $500ish insertion fee. But No! Apparently they won't let you cancel or refund based on some BS argument that your drip is a prescription that they can't give to anyone else. This absolutely makes no sense but if that is true, they should explain that to you at the outset (they claim it is buried somewhere in all of the fine print they make you sign). Generally speaking, my impression of this place is that they are really taking advantage of women who are desperate for treatments to charge them insane amounts of money for therapies that are available at far, far lower prices -- and the fact that they wouldn't even give me a credit for my $850 NAD treatment (I'm sure it cost them like $10 to get that IV bag) after I paid them $450 for botched labs that weren't even necessary is just appalling. Be careful, ladies - do your research.
