Be aware of this doctors office as they will get you confused with another patient at all times as I've listened to every conversation. They had to take their own X-rays even though our dentist that sent them to this practice, so like in more fees! The doctors bedside manner was lukewarm and not people oriented. When we saw their business manager they explained reauthorization would take several weeks where in other medical /dental offices they could receive that information almost instantaneously. I suppose a degree of laziness or not wantpting to accept insurance may be the prevailing policy. It was an $80 mistake today but ill be seeking different oral care providers.

I've seen a few providers at this location and all have been mediocre. The worst part about this practice is that it's continuously gone downhill. The front desk staff is awful. They always make rude remarks and you can tell they're miserable and unprofessional. The building itself is very dirty and unkept (paint peeling off the walls, the bathroom is always disgusting and has pee all over the toilet. The soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser are broken.) it just gives an overall grimy feel which is not what you want when you're going to a place for skin care and potential treatments that are expensive like Botox, filler, etc.. The actual doctors here are OK. But you can tell that they're always in a rush trying to get to the next patient which can be frustrating especially when you pay a lot of money for appointments and they barely are in the room for two minutes (not exaggerating, I've timed it at 90-120 second interactions). Perhaps the worst person at this location is their esthetician. It's the lady that's on the main photo of this yelp review. Her name is Anita & she's an absolute money grab. She will upsell you on every single item possible swearing by their brand "Proscript" skincare which isn't even any good (I'm sure she makes commission). She's uneducated & honestly just annoying to have a conversation with. I would love to get facials done while I'm there but I would never get them done by her so I go to another medical grade skin spa down the road. Perhaps the worst part about this place is getting ahold of them. You'll waste a good 20-30 minutes of your life trying to get the right phone line. Have the time you call & it sends you to their central "call center" location where you speak to someone who has no idea who you are or anything about the practice. Other times I'm forwarded to office staff & they are short and annoyed with me for bothering them with serious questions about my health. I am on accutane which is an INSANELY strong drug & symptoms must be monitored & reported immediately to the doctor or could result in serious permanent consequences.
